Deads 500X2 (Not bad for not having done them in over a month and being in pct)

DB Curl 40lb 1X8 (focusing on strong negatives)
 
I did a weak ass bench and leg day that I didn't log last week.


Today:
Deads 500X4
Rack Chins 2X15
Face Pulls 110 2X8
HS Bizep Machine 30lb 1X10

I suprised myself on deads since i only ate some ice cream, cookies and a half a burger before my workout(Which was at 730), and my mp3 player ran out of batteries as soon as i fired it up.
