Vegas. Well, I only went for 3 days but you know how it is. My previous workout was actually on the 6th or so but it was so shitty I didn't bother recording it.

Pushups w/ stability platform for rotators 1X30
Band Pullaparts 1X20
Leg press 1X15 4plates/side (WTF??? I blame the box squats!)
Calf raises on leg press 1X75 4plates/side
BB Curlies for the gurlies 1X15 75lb
Front raises w/ #3 band 1X15

My physio gave me the ok for bencing so I threw in some light stuff today just to check it out. 135 hurt my shoulder so I dropped it to 95 and did a few sets and it felt good. I guess I'm gonna be starting there and ease into heavier weights real slow.

impinged tendon. might be a genetic thing. my super spinaetus tendon is over the muscle or some shit. my phsyio said it might be the way my bone in htere is shaped causing the problems, bc I've had it in both shoulders.

Right now I'm just doing lots of work to strengthen the muscles in there. I'm gonna stick with two days a week, back and legs and just do shoulder shit in there.
 
wow..that sux..i think i talked to guy once who had some thing similar to that..the shape of the bone in the erea kept him from liftin.shitty. well just take it easy. no sence in makin it worse? how bout surgery? would that help out?
 
Yeah he was saying shaving the curved bone part off would help. But I can't imagine that being good for heavy lifting. And the only time I really get pain is while lifting. So it wouldn't be worth it.

Nah I have used them before. Feels a lot more solid in the knees. I bought the shorter ones from APT some time last year. I think I kinda fucked myself there, shoulda went longer.
