Stability Ball Pushups 1X30
Bench 3X8 135lb (working on form still)
DC Extreme Stretches 2X30 sec 25lb
DB Hammer Press Pause 75lb 1X6
Rotator work with bands (internal and extrnal rotations)
Lat Raise w/ #1 band 2X15
Upright rows #2 band 1X20
Band Pushdown 1X12 #2band
DB Hammer Curls 1X20 45lb

Dimel Deads w/ #2 band choked 2X15 225lb
HS Low Row 1X12 3plates/side
 
Been a while since I updated. My ankle is still raped so no squats or deads, which is really frustrating.

Last Thurs workout
Flat DB Press 1X10 85lb 1X7 90lb
DB Hammer Press 1X12 75lb
DC Stretch with 40lb DB
Band Pushdown 1X20
Band Pullaparts 1X20

Sunday:
DB Row 1X20 75lb 1X10 95lb
Rack Chins 2X15
Face Pulls 1X10 120lb
DB Shrugs 1X25 100lb, 1X6 125lb (lost my grip, and almost my left foot)
 
Leg Press 1X12 7plates/side
Pullthrus w #2 band 1X20
Ham Curls 1X15 80lb
Band Lat Raises 1X15
 
IM...how's the shoulder feeling these days? I have the same problem in my right shoulder which limits my pressing lifts. I take Advil throughout the day for about a week at a time and it really helps. I don't like taking it though because of the potential liver problems.

Shoulder isn't bad since I started doing DB Bench. My real problem is my ankle right now, messed it up like amonth ago and I still cant squat or do deads.

Pretty much. Even though I don't compete, I just want to get strong. Diet is really my biggest obstacle, but I make slow and steady gains in size.
