Yo, I was out for a while, another vacation, lost 15lbs, stayed fat, and I didn't post my workouts last week. Trust me you weren't missing much.


Squats 225lb 1X7 I focused on completely bottoming out on these
Leg press 6 plates/side 1X10 (this number really got hurt over the break)
Outer Hip work with a standing machien dealy 1X15 60lb
Pushups w/ stability platform 1X30

Tricep Pushdown 1X25, 1X20 #1 band

Decided to do an actual chest/delt/tricep day for the first time in forever

Bench: 1X20 115lb 1X15 135lb (Just getting form down really, if i really concentrate on keeping my shoulders tucked I get no pain)

Met some dude from our syster gym in the next town who told me that its really geared toward PLs so I might have to start making the 35min drive every so often.
 
Went and checked out the other gym, its much better. Working out at the time was apparently the strongest woman in canada. For the life of me I cannot remember her name..... Very nice lady though.
