Squats 225lb 1X7 I focused on completely bottoming out on these
Leg press 6 plates/side 1X10 (this number really got hurt over the break)
Outer Hip work with a standing machien dealy 1X15 60lb
Pushups w/ stability platform 1X30
DB shoulder press 2X40 20lb
DB Bench w/ slight incline 2X30 40lb
Weighted Crunches 1X15 50lb
Tricep Pushdown 1X25, 1X20 #1 band
DB Curl 2X25 32.5lb
Plate pinches 2X 2 10lb plates till failure
