LOL That describes me. I THOUGHT I was eating healthy - and compared to all my friends I was (I was merely overweight and at about 28% body fat as opposed to my friends who are obese and around 50% body fat or more). But after finding myself injecting Test due to TRT, I did an Internet search for more info and found this site. I was impressed by the knowledge here so stayed to learn. Decided I needed to make a change to get in better shape - if I am injecting AAS I might as well get in good shape, right? Found 3J, and started following his recommendations blindly. I am slowly learning the WHY involved with it as I go along so I can do this myself later, and 3J is more than willing to hand out that info. By the end of my year under his guidance, I will be a completely new man. Already am, but the changes are not stopping yet!
You are right about will power - it takes a lot, and many times I lack it...but I have enough to be mostly on point.

Apparently this trainer went from fit to fat on purpose to better relate to his fat clients. He wanted to lose weight WITH them instead of just watch them do it. Cool idea.

My uncle keeps saying he is going to be the fittest guy in the nursing home. I showed him those pics and said "as long as you are not in the same nursing home as this guy"
That is amazing, obviously great genetics but just as obviously he did (and is still doing) a lot of work to keep himself so fit!
Oh, and bump...come on guys, contests where all you do is post a picture are so easy I cannot see why every single member has not done it.

I am just dreaming of being able to afford a great run of pharmacy grade HGH if I win. Wow, I could never afford to do it otherwise! I think I would also gift the time with 3J to someone who needs it more than me. I have learned so much already, someone else should get a great chance to learn too. I am glad I snagged a year package - my body certainly needed it!
