RJ recap over the years

So, a few of the younger guys have inquired about pics, so as I haven't posted any in a lonng time, here are a few over what seems like an eternity. lol

I started lifting at age 17. Dicked around for a few years not really knowing what I was doing. I got to 205lbs naturaly and starting juicing at age 28.

The first shot is a comparison over 10 years. 1995-2005. 183lbs/245lbs. My legs were always a strong point, but i quickly overshot them with my upper body thinking they my upper needed to catch up.

Second shot is a couple years later after Dirk helped me get ready for the NPC Georgia State show (SHW Class 1st place). I was 12 days out here. As you can see the proportions are much better. lol

Third shot is one day out.

Last shot is me having a blast during the overall.

RJ, I was looking at your prep cycle you posted up. Just curious, what was the reason you slowly dropped the deca off while replacing it with EQ?

I can't remember his exact reasoning, think it had to do it being a LE 19nor, takes a while to get out of the system. As its better for mass, but great for anabolism, you use it in the beginning to create a very anabolic environment with the highly androgenic side of the 1g of test, working synergistically with the high positive nitrogen balance. This is concurrent with higher cals/carbs during the first 4 weeks.

EQ is also anabolic, but much weaker, and better for RBC increase, causing vascularity, which is great for prepping. You'll see we drop the GH (water) and the test near the end and go nothing but SE gear to the end. Yes, i did Winstrol (winny), but only because he told me too. I hated every minute of it. :D

Overall i think i actually gained about 12lbs of muscle during that 16 weeks, which is very uncommon.

read any of my threads with Winstrol (winny) in the title. basically it sucks. more negatives than positives and too many other choices to sub. It may have dried me out a little.

And yes, my only contest. my wife and trainer had been bugging me for years to do it, glad i did, but I'm not competitive by nature, so i doubt i would do it again. Maybe when my son grows up if he wanted to see me compete, or compete with me.

First time I've seen these pics rj. Def looks like u know your shit! You have some nice fuckin legs but your back and shoulders are sick too. I constantly get compliments on how nice my back and shoulders are but I hope when I reach 235ish mine still looks as defined as yours. Id love to have a back day with your ass in the gym! Good shit man you look like an animal!

And we all know u liked cock too, but damn u surrounded yourself with "wood" in that house! Lol

haha. yeah, miss that place. had to unload during the housing crash to save my ass. Got lucky but miss it for sure.

As for my back days, anytime you wanna come down brother. Lotsa heavy deads and you have permission to watch my wife run around the track. :D

RJ - you look awesome mate. That's very inspirational! You're a beast.

585lbs - wow! I couldn't even begin to imagine squatting that much weight. I just managed 330 on Saturday, my best ever. The squat is where it is at!
