I am 30 years old 6' tall and 180 lb. Don't know my body fat though. But for sure I could get to 160 lb on a good diet.
I am an amateur boxer. Used to train and participate a lot back in a days, but quit for almost 10 years. And trying to get back to it for couple more fights. So here what it is: i KILLED my body with cigarettes. I am still smoking, but less and less so I'll quit soon. And now my problem is that when i get into the ring for sparring I am doing good what takes technic and skills, but I am dead after first round. I am back to boxing 3months already, but my endurance and cardio sucks big time. When I go for a run I can run miles and miles, but as soon as I step in to the ring I am good for one round. I know it's smoking (I am guilty).
I need good endurance and cardio so I could last longer in the ring.
If anyone could help me with:
Endurance, cardio, explosiveness, strength, power, speed.
