Hey Man;
Hope you plan to do a log when you start your cycle - can't imagine u getting much bigger but i know u have the determination to do it! Can't wait to see the plan & results! Good luck Bro!

I may start some sort of a log to chart my progress....if I can gain at least another 10lbs of mass by summer time then I want to hit the stage again

You look great now - but another 10 would be awsome - Hard to find the time with work, family, etc. much respect for your discipline, dedication and ability to manage all 3!

thanks bro
its not all that hard
my gym has an excellent day care, so going to the gym is a family thing, we all go...my son loves it there. And the rest is just eating, I work 7 days on, 7 off...during my 7 off I am home and can eat whenever I need to...and I work in a group home, so its pretty relaxed, I plan the meals and can eat whenever I need to
it gets comlicated when I compete, thats why I dont do it all that often

That's cool about day care must be a Canadian thing 'cause you'd never find it here! The thing that made me give up my gym membership 8 years ago was that my daughter at 4 years was "too old" for the gym day care - so i took 5 years off and gained 25 lbs instead - not a good idea! hahaha. I am looking forward to when my 10 yr old son is 15 so he can go w/ me to the gym - there's a few dad's who bring their teen aged sons there - it's a nice bond. Seems like you have a good balance - it's all how you look at it.

later bro!

a lot of the larger gyms around here have daycares...I pay for a junior membership for my kids and it works out to about $1 per visit for excellent day care...so I can work out as long as I want guilt free.
my 4 year old is already talking about how he wants to work out with daddy when he gets older...so cute
