thanks...unfortunately the years of training that heavy are catching up with my joints....

as for arms, I have trouble getting them to grow anymore, but the key for all bodyparts seems to be variety...I change the routine/exercises every week or two, and hit all the rep ranges, from 5-6 to 8-12
 
THings to work on - Delts/Traps/Lat width/overall back development/ calves to match legs

Not trying to nit pick at all, you look to be pretty balanced and need a few tweaks to become even better.

Also, you have very good genetic muscle layout in your legs *nice shape*.

BTW, if you don't mind what dosages are your running the EQ/Test? Curious.

I am planning on taking a hard run at gaining some size starting maybe in october, so I will probably take some pics and keep track of my progress

those are the places I have been pounding hard the last couple years
as for doses, depends on my goal, bulking i was running 900mg eq and 1200mg test, am now running 300mg prop and 400mg eq just to maintain for the summer

I need some motivation to hit the 220 lbs I need to wipe the stage at the Toronto show so I need you to put your confidence into my training NOW. Now all we have to to do is put your quads and Bi's on my body and it's pro card baby...LOL!
 
You should show them or anybody who hasn't seen pic's of you before as to what you used to look like. Defiantly an accomplishment indeed over the years.

I like the bald head personally. :) No need for proscar or such unless your trying to protect your prostate.

Do you have a mealplan when your not dieting down also? do you weigh what you eat when your not dieting?

you are so much closer than you realize...shit last time I saw you you were 208lbs, at your height thats insane, I am barely 220lbs myself right now....I am just finishing up a "clean" period along with a little break from the gym, in oct I plan on starting a big cycle with lots of juice and even more gh, going to make some big changes this time.... I see now whats going to happen, I'll help you get ready and you will kick some huge ass....then I will get caught up in it and have to sweep a few stages myself in the fall...


when not dieting I dont have a mealplan, I just make sure I eat my 6-7 meals a day, many are the same meals every day but only out of conveniece...I do weigh my food, but only the meats just to make sure I am getting enough protein

RC, I should track down some old pics, I have come pretty far, even from the pic on the banner add here, I have gained about 20lbs since that was taken
 
Dam bro you are motivation to us all! I'm 29 years old, 5' 10" tall, and 203 lbs. You are currently where I would love to be, but of course we all know then I would want more. LOL!!! Do we ever get good enough or is it an unachievable goal? Muscle dismorphia is haunting us all and is my worst enemy. Anyhow bro keep up the good work and train hard. By the way excellent videos on Myspace! It's cool to see someone that doesn't only look the part, but can back it up in the gym as well.

did those serratus/rib muscles come by themselves or have you incorporated the overhead pull downs to develop them?

I have never trained them directly, I think they came from years of heavy deads and squats without a belt...I dont dead anymore and dont squat all that often either, so I dont think they are quite as good as they used to be

Hope you plan to do a log when you start your cycle - can't imagine u getting much bigger but i know u have the determination to do it! Can't wait to see the plan & results! Good luck Bro!
