Day 89

Moved up on hack squats. I'm glad my body is too stupid to realize that these workouts make me grow. Maybe KTY can enlighten me with his pics and log so I can learn.

Day 91

Started PCT today. Doing Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 50/50/50/50.

The nolvadex went down smooth. For anyone about to start PCT let me give you advice: Don't take clomid without water or some type of chaser. I read about the nasty taste, but I wasn't prepared for the immense burning sensation in my throat. I immediately downed a couple glasses of water which helped a little. My tongue was slightly numb for about 10 minutes. I don't think I'm going to have a problem getting my water intake over these next weeks.

Thanks that's an enormous compliment. I want to really focus on my back and legs next time. Wish I could get a good back shot. I spent 5-10 minutes trying to aim my camera at the mirror and kept missing or only got part of me lol.
 
Day 92

I was able to move up on hack squats but it's getting harder and harder to maintain pressing exercises. I mixed the nolva and clomid in a protein shake which helped tremendously. I didn't even taste them this time.

Day 93

I felt pretty sore and mentally fatigued going in but it ended up being a solid workout. I moved up on curls and everything else was about the same. I'm still contemplating dropping the number of workouts per week since I'm in PCT.

Haven't been able to get much time to myself lately. I've still been working out and keeping up with meals.

Day 97 today

Starting the second week of PCT now.

the first segment of the BBB 6 day a week plan is the shit. My body has never responded to workouts the way it has on that program.

nice log vm, i'm 5 days into my cycle and i'm running a similar work out. if my gains are anything like yours i'll be happy. i've already gained some weight (water i assume). i can't wait until the test really starts to kick in.
 
Day 98

My motivation has been lackluster as of late. My weights aren't really dropping off but that drive to go to the gym just isn't there. I know it's only temporary and I just have to suck it up. I wouldn't say I'm depressed... apathetic would be a better description.

Yea I definitely recommend it for someone who wants to just put on a lot of mass everywhere. I loved BBB but I'm getting so tired of it. I've been doing full body workouts for over a year now and I want to start sculpting what I've got. Good luck with your cycle. Stay safe and never rush an injection.

Definitely a perfect time to now start a new split at the end of your cycle. With summertime coming on and your new added mass I am sure that you will get that fire back in you to be in the gym shredding up all that you have added on. Keep it going man.

Definitely a perfect time to now start a new split at the end of your cycle. With summertime coming on and your new added mass I am sure that you will get that fire back in you to be in the gym shredding up all that you have added on. Keep it going man.

I hear ya. Once I get my bloodwork back after post cycle therapy (pct) and everything is normal (hopefully) I'm going to switch things up. The extra sun always gives me more energy to actually get up and do things. I'm still looking for a new place to live where it's warm for the majority of the year.
 
Day 100

Somehow I mixed up the day I do dips with hammer curls. Guess I'll just have to do regular curls tomorrow and fix it next week. My weight is holding at around 250lbs so far so at least I know I'm eating enough. I've been drinking regular coffee in the afternoon to keep my energy up. While I'm not really burned out yet from not dropping the workouts from 6x a week, I am definitely more sore than I was when I was on.

Day 101

Weighted pullups and calf raises went up, incline went down and curls stayed the same. I don't know why it's only been pressing movements in the recovery process on the decline. I'm going to drop a set from each pressing movement and see what happens. I would say pullups went up because I lost weight but I've been around this same weight for a few weeks now.

On a side note, I've been getting a lot more attention from women since I dropped the rest of the water weight. It's funny because my sex drive is normal at best right now. My upper arms are still a little over 19" cold so I'm pretty happy about that considering this wasn't a typical workout program.

Thanks, toss some iron around for me. I'm sitting around 250lbs right now. I think the first few days of post cycle therapy (pct) were the worst just because of the rapid flux in hormones. I felt the difference in the weights which carried over mentally. As my father always used to say, "This too shall pass."
