VM's First Cycle

Day 73

I finally got my strength back today. Nothing moved up but I got my original numbers going again pre-sickness. I can't believe how fast time has been going since I started this cycle. My friend told me a girl at the gym has been calling me Big White Guy lol. I guess it could be worse... I know my friends used to have some fucked up nicknames for guys at the gym.

Day 74

DB presses took a bit of a hit but at least I didn't feel weak. My wrists were feeling good (probably from the lack of workouts) so I went ahead and put 2 plates on dips and went up from there. I didn't have a chance to earlier so I just injected my right glute. I did everything like normal, but I started to bleed out a little before I was able to put pressure on it. I must have nicked a blood vessel on the way in. It wasn't enough blood that it could have been a vein.

Day 74

I have done that a few times I always keep an a few alcohol wipes on my knee for that reason.
 
Day 75

I moved up on pullups and calf raises, but went slightly down on inclines. Same weight for curls. I met a really nice girl recently that I want to keep seeing, but now that I'm coming close to post cycle therapy (pct) I'm scared I won't be able to perform as well when the time comes.

Day 76 recap

Calf raises and curls went up. I weighed myself and didn't realize how much weight I lost from being sick. I'm at about 255 now when I was 265 before. All I can do is push forward.

Day 77

Day off from the gym. I've been so afraid of losing any more weight that I've been scarfing down as much food as my stomach can handle.

Hmm... overall I'm pretty satisfied with the things that were in my control. Things only went downhill when I got sick. I think my lifting program did pretty well in what I wanted to accomplish which was to add a solid base of size and strength for future cycles. I can't speak too soon though because the hardest part is yet to come.

I got sick the day after I slept with a girl on vacation from Pennsylvania. She wasn't a hooker but she wanted to be treated like one. I'm feeling back to normal btw thanks.
 
Day 77 recap

I shot the last of my gear in my left glute. So that sets PCT for the 5th. I wasn't able to go to the gym on account of the weather. I felt like I needed the rest anyway.


Day 78

I moved up seated presses finally. I think it had more to do with anger than muscle.

Now it really begins! Time to hold on to those gains! How much weight have you put on in total?

I started at 235lbs and today I weigh 255lbs. The most I weighed was 265lbs but I took a big hit unfortunately. I wonder if I was sick longer because I've been using, or I was sick shorter? Anyway, the total now stands at 20lbs.
 
Day 79

Moved up a little on db row and hammer curls. DB bench was a struggle for the same weight.

Day 80

I felt especially strong on hanging pikes today so I made it a little more difficult by holding the pike at the top for a second on a few of the reps. My isometric grip strength has gotten so strong from doing these that I feel like I could just hang from a bar for an hour. My forearms haven't been a problem in a long time so I went back up to 3 plates on dips. DB seated presses are not getting any easier, but something has to be getting stronger because I'm able to get them up to my shoulders without a problem anymore.

Day 81

I moved up on everything today. I dropped the adex a few days ago because my libido had dropped off. Today it was back to speed again so I'll probably be off the adex for the remainder of the cycle. Even though my numbers went up today I feel like I'm getting smaller. It's probably in my head but at least the fear will keep me eating.
