bro, i can definitely tell a diffence in the shape of your bicep, looks more defined. also your shoulders look bigger to me as well. fuck your only a week in and getting those kind of results wtf???????????

...you said you were not taking milk thistle but you just listed it as one of the shitloads of supps your taking. I guess health is number one but id hate to see you loose some gains becuase of it.
 
BULKING CYCLE:
I have been conditioning for 5 months to start my first cycle; getting diet focused & getting my frame just right for heavy lifting.

28, 201lbs, 16 1/2 arms, bench 405, decline 455, squat 550, deadlift 365.

Diet: 600 carbs, 350 protein, 4000-6000calories every day. I'm not going to list all the supplements I take but includes he basics, protein/carb powders, multi, creatin, thistle, etc (I have found a great stack for depending on what I want to do; totaling about 10-15 different supps).

I have been lifting for more than 10 years, but have been lifting heavy for about 4. When I started 4 years ago I weighed about 155lbs got up to 175 naturally, then took a PH and gained about 20lbs; kept about 15lbs putting me around 185. In the past 6 months I have done another PH and it has put me a little over 200lbs. My goal is to get to around 225 and then start to shred. I went to a doctor about 2 months ago and had my test levels checked. I'm a little below average (runs in my family) in my levels.

My workout schedule 5 on 2 off. Chest, back, off, arms, off, shoulders, legs (Most the time my off days are still at the gym working my quads and arms (defining nothing heavy).

GOAL: I really would like to get my arms to around 18" and build my lower chest a little more. Also, I will be working on gaining some mass on my calves and building up my lower back which is very weak. My strengths are my quads,upper chest, upper back. Please critique my pics anyway you would like (thats why i'm posting them).

MY CYCLE
Dbol: Kick start; 40MG ED for 4 weeks
Test E: 700MG split Monday/Thursday 14 weeks.

PCT: Aromasin (doing ED during cycle), Nolvadex after cycle is over.

This will be my first injection cycle. I have been doing research for about 6 months. I have everything set and ready to go. REMEMBER: I will not be starting my cycle until around August 1st (because I need the time off from my PH). So, I will be starting the actual log then.


nuumba where l are you looking at i cant find anywhere he states that he is not using milkthistle. barry BTW how much milkthistle are you taking
 
Howdy-Actually, right now I'm completely out and need to get to my supplement store to restock. I take any where inbetween 800-1600mg when I'm doing orals. The most important thing is the Silymarin in the Milk Thistle; so you want to make sure that you can get the highest % that you cant find (usually 80%).
 
Day 10 3 injections into cycle

40MG Dbol

Today was suppose to be my off day but a friend wanted me to go with him to help spot. When I got at the gym I decided to make it a Calve day.

I started with Standing Calve Raises: (on the squating machine with a small box).
135lbs 15x's, 225lbs 15x's, 315lbs 15x's, 405lbs 15x's, 495lbs 15x's, 565lbs 15x's.
Sitting Calve Raises: 45lbs, 20x's, 90lbs 15x's, 135 10x's, 90lbs 15x's, 45lbs 20x's.
Sitting Calve Extensions, Sitting Calve reverse extensions, Mid calve pushes, calve jumps with 60lb dumbells.

I'm still feeling lethargic, loss of appetite, lack of motivation....etc. However, I am only on the end of my second week. I'm hoping by the end of next week the TEST will start to kick in and give me a sense of well being & motivation.

I have been doing research on other injection sites and have come to the conclusion that quads will be the place when I'm ready (still not confident in my pinning style yet. Plus, my hands are still shaky). My right glute that has the bruise is clearing up nicely and the pain is almost nonexistent, so I will try pinning there again tomorrow and see what happens (I might have my girlfriend help by keeping the syringe steady or I might just pin in the same glute again as Monday since there is NO pain).

Diet yesterday was ok. I made a pact to myself that I'm going to incorporate at least 1 more protein shake (weight gainer) per day AND make sure that I get my Casein at night (I hate that stuff it so fluffy and light; makes me gag when I drink it).

Also, When my TEST does start to kick in I'm going to incorporate 45 minute naps before my workouts (thats the only time available to me). I'm doing this because of the rational that your muscles grow only during sleep.

Howdy- I really don't know the proper way to measure an arm. However, flex then measure the middle of the bicep around. A little over 16 1/2 (which is 1/4 up from when I started).
 
DAY 11

40mg Dbol; 350mg TEST.

Injection went very well. I decided to do my glutes again (I couldn't find the balls to do my quads yet).

I took today off because of my body upper body hurting. I focused on eating and resting.

My diet was spot on today 5500 cals, 600 carbs, 350 protein (I had 3 protein shakes).

I'm still lethargic, lack of appetite, tendinitis in my right elbow/arm still there. I'm wondering if Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (Aromasin) is contributing to me sleepiness or tendinitis. I'm not taking a large dose so my estrogen levels can't be that low to cause joint pain. I'm going to lower my doses of Aro to 12.5-17. I'm not prone to Gyno in any way and am only taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) as a preventative. Should I just quit taking the Aromasin all together you think or still use it and just lower my doses?

ARMS: dumbell curls 3 sets; (one arm at a time): set 1: 60lbs 10x's, 50lbs 10x's, 40lbs 10x's, 30lbs 10x's. set 2: 50lbs 10x's, 40lbs 10x's, 30lbs 10x's, 20lbs 10x's. set 3: 40lbs 10x's, 30lbs 10x's, 20lbs 10x's, 15lbs 10x's. Sider Curls. 95lbs 10x's, 105lbs 10x's, 50lbs 25x's. Seated Tricep Extensions, Skull crushers, over head triceps extensions, triceps push downs.

I felt a little less sleepy today; dont know if its due to the Test or me getting more rest.

Diet: 3500 cals, 250 protein, 500 carbs (3 protein shakes).

I'm really hoping that my Test starts to kick in any day now. I can't believe that I don't feel much of anything from the Dbol (I know its real because of the appetite loss and back pumps). I havent really been sleeping well at night either. My arms keep falling asleep during the middle of the night; somethings going on with my circulation.

DAY 13

40MG Dbol, 12.5-15 AROMASIN

Legs (Quads/Hamstrings): squats (wide and close stance), sitting leg extensions, standing leg extensions, dumbell jumps with 50lbs, Lunges, Inner theigh presses.

I had a decent workout. I didn't feel any different as before with my pumps or energy. Tomorrow will be my 5th injection. I'm really hoping that my gear starts to kick in some time really soon.

Diet was ok. However, I went out of town for the weekend and had a few alcoholic drinks. I will get back on track this week and try to gain at least a couple pounds; goal is to get to 205lbs by Friday. I know that I can hit this goal if I eat perfectly. However, that is a chore because my appetite is supressed.

I was going to order some more Dbol to finish my kickstart for 4 weeks. However, since I'm not feeling the intensity as I have in the pass with Dbol I'm not going too. This was the first time that I have tried the Geneza products. I know it's real because the color of my urine and it supressed appetite (thats how I can usually tell). However, it might be a little underdosed from what I'm usually use too. I might bump it up for the last week in half to 50mg..thoughts????

Also, know one has commited on my thoughts on lower the dosage of Aromasin to 12.5-15mg possibly EOD (I'm not Gyno prone and was only on Aro as a precautious preventative). Thoughts?????
 
DAY 14

40MG Dbol, 350mg TEST, 12.5-Aromasin

Injection went pretty smoothe. I injected my right glute where previously I had a decent size bruise due to a bad injection a few weeks ago. This time I seemed a lot more calm & less shaky. I had my GF there to help out just in case. However, she was more of a distraction then anything else. I had no bruising or soreness afterwards.

Diet was spot on: 4000-5000 cals, 300 pro, 500-600 carbs ( I had 3 shakes but missed my Casein at night).

Pre Drink: Creation (2 scoops) & Protein shake during the end of my workout. Back & Tri's: (no straps) I started with dumbell rows 120lbs 10x's 3 sets. Deadlifts 135lbs 10x's, 225lbs 6x's, 315lbs 6x's, Tried to lift 405lbs but was unsuccessful (my back really sore by then). However, another guy from the gym came right over and started doing 405lbs without a problem. FUCKER! I'm not going to let it discourage me. I know that my lower back is my weakest link. I'm staying focused on this cycle trying build it up. I'm more focused on my arms and lower chest. I will pull 405lb in a couple of weeks!!!! TRI'S: I just wanted to get a quick pump since I'm working them out 2x's a week. I did cable pull downs, skull crushers w/ 30lb dumbell, and over head tri extensions along with rope pull down extensions. That was enough for a good pump!

I THINK, I might be feeling an overall sense of well being (just a pinch better-but not total sure). My appetite is still suppressed and my right elbow is still hurting from what I'm thinking is tendinitis (which I know the only way to heal is not using it-so that will be a while down the line). I had a very hard time falling asleep last night. I think it is the Aromasin keeping me awake since I take it at night before bed????? thoughts???

I definitely have been feeling a little bit more horny-that is a fact! And it is usually late at night. Not a huge difference but enough to notice.

I was thinking about only doing my log every other day- I'm not sure if anyone is following it because I rarely get any feedback. So, I will wait a day or so and see if anyone has any input.

just letting you know there's some people watching ... great log!! I personally like the clothes all over the floor in the arm pics.. it's the same with my girl at my place, no time to clean must workout hahaha :dance2: i'm sitting at 6'2" and 265 I have tons of fat to loose been hitting the gym for last 6 months or so.
 
INCOG-thanks for watching. Yeah, the clothes in the background is probably my fault. I do the laundry but hate to fold it. Thus, it sits out on the floor until someone does something with it. If you see anything you like let me know; I'm going to be selling tons of crap on E-bay because nothing fits anymore...lol

PS. After the gym tonight I'm going to post some updated pictures. I know that my bi's are definitely looking better; more defined arch. I'll give some measurements as well.

Ahhh, what a good day!!!! 40mg dbol, I decided to drop the aromasin for my post cycle therapy (pct) or IF problems arise.


(Hypertrophy is my goal for the next couple of weeks: heavy weight low reps to gain muscle size)

CHEST: I don't know if it was the rest, dbol, or TEST-However, I definitely felt a strength increase at the gym. A week before I was having problems throwing 120lb dumbells up 5X's with a spotter. Today at the gym I easily through up 130lb 10X's, then 110lbs 10X's, 90lb 10X's (without a spotter for the first set). They really just went up so easy (hard to explain) and I could have thrown up more reps but because I'm trying to achieve hypertrophy I did not and stuck with my low reps. AND this is after I did bench (on the spot machine bc I didn't have a spotter). I did 135lb 6x's, 225lb 6x's, 315lb 6x's, 365lb 6x's, 395lb 4x's (I need to work on my form; I notice that I'm lifting my back).
At this point I still had good energy but my shoulders were killing me. When I lift heavy my shoulder get very very sore; lots of strain. I should of stopped. However, I went to the decline and did 315lb 6x's, and then 365lb 6x's. Then went to incline and did 135 6x's, 225lb 6x's. Then went to cables and did some chest extensions and butterflys to get a good pump. At the end my shoulder were done. I even had trouble sleeping last night because of the soreness. I think I will be taking today off just to help recovery.

Diet was spot on. 5,000 cals, 500 carbs, 300 pro (2-shakes, and additional casein shake before bed).

I'm very happy that after being on Dbol for 15 days that I have finally felt some strength increase (I really wasn't sure if it was going to come or not; and it possibly could be because of the TEST now being this far in).

FYI, I keep forgetting to mention that post injection I have been taking a warm shower and heating up the oil with a hairdryer before injecting (have done this since my bad experience with my right glute). It seems to be helping because their is no pain while injecting and I haven't been getting ANY soreness at all.

DAY 17

OFF

40MG Dbol, 350mg TEST left glute (NO PROBS).

I took today off because I was very very sore and wanted to give my body sufficient rest which I sometimes forget to do. I went to bed as soon as I got home from work; so I slept about 11 hours. I still have had a hard getting to sleep and wake up multiple time during the night (sometimes very hungary). Other problems falling asleep is due to my shoulders hurting from previous workouts. It goes away in a few days but always keeps me up. I cannot sleep on my sides either because my arms will fall asleep. Thoughts?

Diet was ok, about 3500 cals, 250 pro, 500 carbs. All together, I'm not sure if the TEST has kicked in or not but I do feel alittle less lathargic (at least today).

I have been a great deal more horny thats for sure; not overly but enough to tell a difference from my normal state of being.

PS. I forgot to mention that I might be getting sick. I have a slight sore throat nothing else. I took some extra Vit C and we'll see what happens.

Sitting Leg Press: 300lbs 10x's, 350lbs 10x's, 400lbs 10x's, 450lbs 10x's. Standing leg Extensions: 40lbs 8x's, 50lbs 8x's. Then I did some of the girly thigh exercises (hurt like crazy).

Diet was good. 4000cals, 300 pro, 600 carbs.

I felt a little less Lethargic today as well. I will be posting some new quad pictures tomorrow as well. ENJOY!
