I trained alot of years, but still didn't know enough. I hadn't tried enough programs. I pretty much used whatever we did in high school or college football. Then you throw in the flex magazines that sent me in the wrong direction....and I still hadn't tried enough things to find out all I needed to know about my body prior to cycling, but I had a lot of years of experience first anyway.
I thought I knew diet, but I was WAY off the mark. I should have held out another couple of years and learned more from the net first.
