How long did you train naturally before taking the plunge in2 the world of anabolics?

Trained for about 4 years throughout highschool before jumping on a 3 week D Bol only cycle at 19 or 20. No post cycle therapy (pct) and I injured my shoulder in the process from heavy benching. Live and learn.
 
i trained for about a year or two naturally. gains slowed and i got greedy. i did a 200mg test cycle and loved it. did a 400mg test cycle and loved it even more. i start a 500mg 12-14 week cycle in a week or so.

i probably should have trained longer before jumping on the gear but i did a lot of research first to make sure i wasn't going to hurt myself.
 
I trained alot of years, but still didn't know enough. I hadn't tried enough programs. I pretty much used whatever we did in high school or college football. Then you throw in the flex magazines that sent me in the wrong direction....and I still hadn't tried enough things to find out all I needed to know about my body prior to cycling, but I had a lot of years of experience first anyway.
I thought I knew diet, but I was WAY off the mark. I should have held out another couple of years and learned more from the net first.

I can't imagine what people did for this type of info before the internet. If my knowledge was based only on what I've heard from friends or around the gym I would be a moron.
 
1 week i think lol .. ya i know i know but after my car accedent my doc put me on 100mg deca every week for 10 weeks.. and dont say oo that wont do shit cuz it did and people saw it!.. but i got seri bout my health and work outs VARYFAST.. worked it like i waz a crackhead on a hunt then after it waz all dun n did i lost 90% of my beer gut "dont drink no more..well 1 time a month maybe" and gained 10 pounds but also obviously lost fat lbs......2 months after... i started the cycle im on now wich i would say is first real cycle dbol4 week,testE500mgweek, deca 250 week.. n IM LUVIN IT! :startrek:
 
I'm pleased to see that 5 years or more makes up almost 50%, should be higher though, ideally.

LoL I blame Joe Weider and Flex for causing me to overtrain during my late teens! If not for the abundance of testosterone (natural) flowing through my system, I doubt I'd have made any gains at all during those years.

Thank God for the internet. Sure you have to wade through the bullshyt, but there's a plethora of sound, solid information if you know where to look.

That is a good sign. Although you're right, ideally it should be 100%. Interesting results nonetheless.

Sostenon 250 once a wk.
Winstrol-V 50 mgs eod.
8 weeks.

Very light cycle and afterwards sometime would do 200 mgs Enanthate ew for 10 weeks and made good gains.

Gained 18 solid lbs. I was very pleased.
I voted now.
