BW x 12
BW+45 x 10
BW+90 x 6
BW+100 x 5

OH DB Tricep Extensions:
40 x 5 x 2

DB Curl:
45 x 7
55 x 6

BB Curl:
115 x 5 x 2
 
Got some chalk today so I'll see if it helps my sweatty hands hold onto that bar for a little longer to get that extra rep, let's see anyway...
365 x 5? maybe!
 
I'm extremely pale, have started to use sunbed, thinking about getting melanotan-2 because this Irish skin burns a lot. I'll post pics this Mon/Tuesday

Deadlift: 135 x 10, 220 x 7, 310 x 5, 369 (167.3kg) x 3 x 2 *PB*
Those two heavy worksets of 369-370 took everything I had in me. They were a PB alright but I may need to go back down to 365 and get those extra reps.

Weighted chins:
BW x 8
BW+45 x 5 x 2

HH DB Curls:
55 x 6
55 x 5 x 2

Shrugs: 220 x 15 x 3

DB Front Raises:
45 x 6 x 2

DB Lat Raises:
45 x 6 x 2
 
I got a new PB of basically 370 x 3 for 2 sets. But I nearly hurt my back doing it so I think I'll go down a few lbs and try for more reps.
Today is bench day, going to rep 230 x 3 - I HOPE!!!
