Today is bench day my homies. Took yesterday off and feeling fresh this morning. Feeling strong and gonna hit that modafuckin bench. New PB is coming today lads I can feel it. Aiming for 223/225 x 4...cmon ta fook!

Sorry about the delay in writing up this workout. Was busy all weekend.
Got new PBS!

Bench:
135 x 10
175 x 6
220 x 5 (easy, I couldn't believe it, didn't even need assist on 5th, probably had a 6th rep in there)
225 x 3 - this went very well - new PB - 250 is in my sights!

Waiting on my new dip belt so I just did extensions today...
OH Tricep Ext's:
40 x 5 x 2

Bench Machine flies:
8 x 2 of no.15 - whatever the hell that weighs.

I set a new PB of 225 x 3 today so am well happy. Going to shoot for 225 x 5 on Friday. EASY!
 
Diet today

0830 - protein shake (600 cals)
0900 - white pudding, 4 sausages, hash brown, fried egg, two cups oj, two french toast, green tea
1100 - pint milk, banana, apple
1200 - 3 slices beef, 3 potatoes, carrots, green peas, green tea
1500 - bacon+chicken sandwich, blueberry muffin, banana, hot tea
1700 - apple, banana
1745 - train
1900 - post-workout protein shake
2100 - bowl of pasta+two breasts chicken+tomato sauce
2300 - 500ml yoghurt
0000 - sleep
0700 - pooh pooh, weigh myself, do it all over again
 
can't be helped bro. I myself, don't follow lifting scheds anymore. I keep changing them..but it still as of follows

so it's still somewhere there...just not your usual mon-tue-thursday.

rest it up..rather than lifting and failing miserably and going home crying ;P
 
Could be coming down with a cold can't stop coughing today. Have to train tonight though. Going to rest for 2 hours after work then hit my back hard. BO Rows and Weighted chins will be the order of the day. My new dip belt/supplements are due tomorrow along with some nice new t-shirts, delighted! My credit card is maxed out yet again because of alcohol or protein shakes. One is helping me build muscle while the other kills it. What a moron I am :) but can't help myself!!!!!!
Should nail 210 x 5 on BO rows tonight and chins of 50 x 8. Going to work my ass off this week so that I can hit that 230 x 3 on bench, Friday. Wishful thinking though, an increase of 5 lbs in one week on bench, is that really possible? We'll fucking find out, lads!

Laterals:
40 x 7
45 x 7

My back has gotten stronger since I rowed last. These strength gains are coming hella quick and definitely have to be my huge diet changes. Can't wait for deads tonight, going for a heavy workset of 365 x 5 if my grip don't give out!
