Is this serious?

This is why macro ratios are so important!!! Although I think Dirk might disagree with me on that one!

If that's what chocolate can do for you then I am SOOOOOOOO all over it! Even if chocolate can't do that.....I am still SOOOOOOOOO all over it! :)

Which magazine is this article in?????

I have a series recording set up on my DVR for all Strongman events, I've been enjoying the limited amount of strongman training that I've been able to do. Keg tosses, farmers walk, tire flip, etc. I typically do that type of stuff on a Saturday because I've read thats when most of them do their actual strong man stuff outside the gym. It has definitely benefited me.

this was an old article, that diet is total BS IMO.

Total total BS, but with the amount of gh/slin/gear he's running he probably could look halfway decent on that diet.

Besides, you don't get 3 musketeers in europe.........

if it would be just a matter of amount of steroids, anyone could be like him. And I only know 1 person 3 times strongest man and ripped: Pudzianowsky
He's a genetic freak.

its more than just the amount of steroids ingested, that diet is BS.

Think about it, you're mariusz, what would fuck up your competition more than convincing them you're able to do what you do on a candy bars and bacon...

Yeah.....genetics definately has to play role with that guy.....all that sugar.....there is no fucking way he could look like that! I'm tellin ya though....macro ratios.......

I remember reading about his diet in a recent issue of Flex and being like WTF?! It's crazy! Honestly I think it's a combo of steroids AND genetics!

MM why does this prove macro ratios are so important?? If it works for him then great. I don't think its healthy in the long term but it works for what he is doing. I'm fairly certain he has no idea what his ratios are. Nor does he probably care. He just eats.

Miss Muscle check out the thread below. This is a good friend of mine that I helped for the colorado show. He drank a shake every morning that contained..

Whole Milk
Non Fat Frozen Yogurt
Hersheys syrup
Peanut Butter
Bananna

I can also tell you 100% he did not do any cardio, GH, or T3 the whole time. You guys need to learn to develop the metabolism. Learning to manipulate it is key.

Tool lifter is a freak! He came in absolutly shredded.

Considering i am cutting down bf right now my metabolism is firing up since i have introduced 4 (30 minute session Low intensity cardio).

Who knows, next time around when i try and add some lbm and "bulk" then i will still be able to keep the cardio in and gain quality weight--but only time will tell .
