Thanks. Back had always been one of my best attributes.

I have been doing weighted pull ups for a while now... ever since I cut down to 225, I find it very easy to bang out 15 without much of an issue. I find weighted pull ups to be one of the best exercises out there for back width so I think there going to be a staple for a while. My goal is to be able to add 2 plates to the pull ups sometime soon.
 
NO TRAINING

*really have been feeling off, don't know what from but no energy, no motivation, real bad head aches, etc...

bro you still on the tren??? gives unbelievable strength and energy in the gym..But i feel like a fuckin slug the other 23 hrs a day..shit makes me tired,sluggish when im on..

cycle hasn't started yet... I'll be running the Tren in about 10 days... hopefully I won't have the shitty sides that people speak of
 
August 18th

*first day back from a minor shoulder injury, tweaked it while doing my last back workout, and it bothered me to the point of not being able to drive with my left hand on the wheel... think it was a pinched nerve because it feels 100% now

Cable Cross Overs 70/15, 80/12, 90/10

Seated DB Hammer Curls 55's/10, 60's/8

*very excited to get back on the juice, looks like the cycle is going to start August 24th

Squats 225/5, 275/5, 315/5, 345/3, 365/2 (all the reps were pretty easy)
Stiff Leg DL's 275/8, 295/8, 315/8
Leg Press 5 plates/15, 6/12, 7/10
Calf Presses 4 plates/20, 4/20, 5/15, 5/15

Decline Crunches 4 x 15

*felt pretty good today, hadn't trained legs in forever so I didn't want to push it to the limits
*going back to school tomorrow, extremely happy about that

DB Presses 80's/8, 80's/8, 85's/7, 90's/5
Side Raises 40's/12, 45's/12, 50's/10
Upright Rows 95/12, 105/10, 105/10
Front Raises 35's/12, 40's/12, 45's/10

*first time I hit Shoulders directly in a while, felt pretty good

*might be pushing back the cycle for a couple days depending on gym availability (moving back to school kills everything with time a frequency of training because all of the gyms open at different times)

*had to throw in a couple set of Arms because I'm not going to be able to train on Saturday or Sunday

Hey man - just giving you a hard time. I love the enthusiam you have for what you are doing now - enjoy it to the max! (working is highly over rated... hahaha) and enjoy "back to school" - I am sure you will impress the ladies with all the progress you made last summer!

epistane seems like the buzz around these parts lately, i'd like to be able to sit down and read a little more about it

thats too bad that your gear is super thick, i've never shot anything that didn't go really smooth through a 25g pin... i guess you can't have it all, a hot girl and smooth gear
