Andru: what's the latest bro?? Any cycle updates, etc..?? BTW the south beach diet is a great plan for anyone at level. Alot of the concepts are things bodybuilders have been using for years. It's a great blueprint for lifestyle change.

Sorry guys I have been off the board for a bit. So busy with work. I am dealing with some bad injuries at the moment. Shoulder and Back. I am still working out and just up to aroudn 205 now. Think cause Of some of the meds i am taking putting on a bit of water weight. I am sick of my workout routine so want a complete overhaul. In response to my arms being a bit thin idk i think they are pretty good. My biceps are almost 17inches. How much bigger do they need to be?
 
I dont believe theres anything wrong with your arms they seem to be in good composition to your body, not everyone wants to be a freak personally I wouldnt mind aiming for a physique similar to yourself. Great transformation Dont get disheartend Im suffering a neck sprain ATM and just got over knee surgery. once your inuries are healed you'll be fine. keep up the good work.

Ok after a few injuries been working hard. but I don't think hard enough. I am up about 15lbs but I don't look any bigger just look more bloated. My goal right now is to keep as much muscle as possialbe and shred up. Drop some body fat. These pics are me at 214. I want to drop down to about 195-199. I need my chest to grow but no matter what I can't get it to grow.. Open to opinioins..

Hey Dude - you're lookin good especially dealing with a shoulder & back injury. That suks.

You've got great traps - I'd say do some work on your delts a bit and maybe try hammer curls for your bis. BTW - I don't think they look small but they can never be too big. Good luck bro.

Hey Thanks Lean.. I am currently cutting. I am down 7lbs. I will post pics this weekend. Really upped my protein about 400grms per day. and almost no carbs other than from veggies. No sugar at all. Lots of water as well.

As far as my Biceps. I don't think the camera does them justice. they are about 17inches. I also do the hammer curl machine. with 135lbs. and I do hammer curls with 65lb dumbbells. Not sure how much more i can do to get them to grow. I think My tricep work out is weak so that is probably the issue. I hate doing triceps so I don't do enough of them. Usually just dips and close grip bench and cable work.

I'm in the same boat bro. I have a chest very similar to yours and I can't put size on it to save my life and I dont really have a hard time putting size on anywhere if I really try, but chest is a no go.
 
2 Weeks into the Cutting Cycle. So Far all diet. about 400grms of protien a day. 30 mins of low cardio and heavy lifting. 100 to 200 grms of carbs day and No sugar.. 1 Bananna thats it. Been cramping alot lately. Also been drinking about 1 -2 gallons of water. Have 3 weeks to go to see if I can get my bottom abs to pop...

Nice pics - looks like the cut is workin for you. You've got much improved definition on the back & shoulders. For the chest i say go for the incline press w/ DB's - worked great for me and you can go heavy safely. or try the incline press in the smith machine. Suggestion for bi's: I just tried a new routine which I liked - standard bi curls w/ the EZ bar - do a pyramid up 10-12 reps without rest between sets - 60,55,50,45,40,35 do 4 of those with a strect in between (that's like 240 curls!) and your bi's will be screamin' ---concentrate on good form.

I do alot of incline benching I do 1 week bench another wek DB. So i switch it up.

I will try the Bicep stuff. I am pretty bored with my bicep routine. I still think i have to work my tri's harder to get my biceps to grow more. But then again I am not sure how much more i want them to grow. I have trouble fitting in some of my shirts as it is.

Hey Andru - You crack me up - 34? you're a baby! - I'm inching towards the big 50 in a few years and it gets tougher. (Although I'm planning on counting backwards after that!) You are doing great though and will reach my age in much better shape than I did - just watch out when (if) you have kids - definately adds 10lbs+ even for the dads! Hahaha Are you trying any supps or gear? i just tried Gaspari superpump250 and it packs quite a punch - didn't get the "skin bursting vascularity" but tons of energy - try that on a bi/tri day!

LOL. Hey Lean. I have a kid so I know. I put on more than 10... I use NO Explode. I have used super pump in the past. I may switch it up again. I take alot of supplements. Lots of protein and pills. No gear this time. Trying to stay Natty.

Ahhh well that explains the avatar! Keep up the beatings 'til moral improves... Hahaha (For the women reading -J/K - i'm really not into corporal punishment - so no warnings about it necc'y) Bro....as Mick says "time is on (your) side" (at 34) and it's good you had kids early - i took 7 years off from the gym when I had kids and man that was the wrong thing to cut. Now they are a bit older and I'm back into it. You will continue to make great progress, I'm sure!

Reap - I agree about the pushups - I just started doing them with my feet up on a bench - targets the upper chest and is a good way to add variety.
 
I do the pushup thing always have. about 200 a day. maybe i need to double it idk. I think i have to really do something drastic to my routine. Thanks for all the comments. As I said I am always open to suggestions. Just want to look better.
