Sorry guys I have been off the board for a bit. So busy with work. I am dealing with some bad injuries at the moment. Shoulder and Back. I am still working out and just up to aroudn 205 now. Think cause Of some of the meds i am taking putting on a bit of water weight. I am sick of my workout routine so want a complete overhaul. In response to my arms being a bit thin idk i think they are pretty good. My biceps are almost 17inches. How much bigger do they need to be?Andru: what's the latest bro?? Any cycle updates, etc..?? BTW the south beach diet is a great plan for anyone at level. Alot of the concepts are things bodybuilders have been using for years. It's a great blueprint for lifestyle change.

You've got great traps - I'd say do some work on your delts a bit and maybe try hammer curls for your bis. BTW - I don't think they look small but they can never be too big. Good luck bro.

Nice pics - looks like the cut is workin for you. You've got much improved definition on the back & shoulders. For the chest i say go for the incline press w/ DB's - worked great for me and you can go heavy safely. or try the incline press in the smith machine. Suggestion for bi's: I just tried a new routine which I liked - standard bi curls w/ the EZ bar - do a pyramid up 10-12 reps without rest between sets - 60,55,50,45,40,35 do 4 of those with a strect in between (that's like 240 curls!) and your bi's will be screamin' ---concentrate on good form.

I do alot of incline benching I do 1 week bench another wek DB. So i switch it up.
I will try the Bicep stuff. I am pretty bored with my bicep routine. I still think i have to work my tri's harder to get my biceps to grow more. But then again I am not sure how much more i want them to grow. I have trouble fitting in some of my shirts as it is.
LOL. Hey Lean. I have a kid so I know. I put on more than 10... I use NO Explode. I have used super pump in the past. I may switch it up again. I take alot of supplements. Lots of protein and pills. No gear this time. Trying to stay Natty.
