My cutting diet

get more specific about changing up your cardio.. u still doing cardio 6 days a week?
 
i do it 5 times a week but on some days ill run at like 8 miles an hour on incline in bursts of 3 minutes on and rest and ill do that for like 25 30 minutes
 
drop 200 calories off your diet.. report in a week... and stay off those crappy electronic scales..

i want you to take measurements

chest, neck, arms, waist.. etc..
 
ok i appreciate the input. but i found that i am 26% bit 22% so would i still need 155 grams fats or more or less. also are my calories ok or should i eat a bit more.. say 2200?

that's just filled with crappy fats... where as it'll keep you keto, it'll also kill you by the time your 40.... your keto diet doesn't look as good cuz it does its best to incorporate good fats.. not bad ones..

Stick to LEAN, HIGH QUALITY protien sources like fish 9 salmon is perfect for what your tryin to do here), and chicken and lean lean beef like flank steak.

Second, get your high quality fats from fish, avacodos, flax, and organic peanut butter.

When your going for a specific goal, you have to eat specific bro. That doesnt mean trying to make a "normal" meal outta crap. That means eating chicken breast and an avacodo, or peanut butter and some lean steak.

And listen to these guys about the dumbass scales, cause i have weighed myself and weighed less, but looked leaner, fuller, and more muscular. Most mirrors dont lie bro
 
your body will begin to starve itself.. go catabolic... at that point you'd lose 60% muscle 40% fat..

we're trying to get you to the point where your losing 75% fat 25% muscle....

with your new bf estimate.. i'd drop to about 135g fats...

if your talking about 150g of carb intake daily

50g in the morning

50g before workout

50g after


he'd lower his fat intake to componsate

i was quoting some other guys diet and asking if that works out of curiosity.. i do mostly eat chicken breast lean turkey breast egg whites and olive/flax.. im almost at the middle of my second month so im getting kinda used to the diet.. yeh thats me in the picture i need to update it soon though because ive lost about 20 lbs after that.. but thanks for the info man i appreciate it.

well i hope not... i use a scale in my bathroom and yeh it said i was 26 in that picture.. its fucked up cause ive lost like 20 lbs and now it says im at 24? i gotta go get a real one done one day...

and im from Lafayette.. WHO DAT!

true true.. i think you should post up a new pic so a few of us could maybe give u an estimate on ur bf.

And your scale is clearly wrong if its tellin u that 20lbs of fat is only 2% diff. Thats crazy!
 
I missed leg bicep and shoulder workouts because of tests at school.. i still did cardio but no time for the gym.. should i do some AM PM workouts to catch up or just continue on next week... IE chest am then biceps pm.. or should i just wait
 
ok well im caught up on my workout so disregard last post.. i was thinking about cutting the diet short of 10 weeks because im starting to get really small and a little weaker.. i really feel like another week or 2 is going to be enough.. this morning i weighed in at 176 and 23.7% its really hard for me to put on muscle so i dont want to lose too much.. ill upload a picture later today so you can see what im talking about. in the mean time im gonna stick with the program.
 
i gotta say swolemc... you need to seriously re-evaluate ur priorities. you need LBM bad. not saying get jacked, but ur going about this all wrong IMO.
 
SwoleMC... I love how you just disregard half of what everyone is saying. I gave you some of the best advice out there, but because you want immediate results so you can look like a fag underwear model you don't want to hear it.
