ok i appreciate the input. but i found that i am 26% bit 22% so would i still need 155 grams fats or more or less. also are my calories ok or should i eat a bit more.. say 2200?
that's just filled with crappy fats... where as it'll keep you keto, it'll also kill you by the time your 40.... your keto diet doesn't look as good cuz it does its best to incorporate good fats.. not bad ones..

Not only are your fat sources shitty, but also your protein sources! You cant eat all that crap cause youll look like crap.
Stick to LEAN, HIGH QUALITY protien sources like fish 9 salmon is perfect for what your tryin to do here), and chicken and lean lean beef like flank steak.
Second, get your high quality fats from fish, avacodos, flax, and organic peanut butter.
When your going for a specific goal, you have to eat specific bro. That doesnt mean trying to make a "normal" meal outta crap. That means eating chicken breast and an avacodo, or peanut butter and some lean steak.

i was quoting some other guys diet and asking if that works out of curiosity.. i do mostly eat chicken breast lean turkey breast egg whites and olive/flax.. im almost at the middle of my second month so im getting kinda used to the diet.. yeh thats me in the picture i need to update it soon though because ive lost about 20 lbs after that.. but thanks for the info man i appreciate it.
