400mg ED I'm on day 4 now. With DNP it's hard to see results while on it bc it makes you retain water. I'll get back to you in like a week, lol.

Yeah, I realize there is a lot of water retention that may mask the results. Just wondering if the sides were tolerable to you? Do you think someone could go into the office and function normally without anyone thinking differently? Kthx G.

what is the dress code? i know i would be sweating like a pig in a slaughter house if i was wearing a suit and tie.

I would probably go with a lower dose like 200 or even 200 eod. Some are more sensitive to it though.

I have been reading a lot about lower dose longer cycles which I will probably do next time out. This time I am going to see what all the anabolic rebound shizz is about, and I'm hoping to shed some fat in 7-10 days, whcih is really just bonus.
 
Quit the dnp yesterday. In humid 90 degree heat wiht no AC I couldn't handle it anymore.

Insane, where do you live? It was like 65% humidity over here and I even had AC on and it still felt kinda shitty.

IM...that's a pretty low volume routine...how are you doing on it?

I've got to try the DC stretch...wonder if it would help my shoulders by stretching them that way.
 
I'm making strength gains. Not so much on bench tho....

The DC stretch I was doing was for chest, holding the DBs at the bottom of the lift and pushing my chest out. There is on for shoulders, but I've neevr tried it.
 
Leg Day

Squats 315lb 1X7 I was pissed as hell that I only got 7, then remembered I'd been sanding my deck, bent over a lot of the day, so my hams were shot before I even got to the gym
