Holy shit.. you saying your doing 45 sets on that first day? I know its not heavy ass weight, but IMO you're overtraining. You ever thought about a low volume routine? Works wonders I promise you. Here's my fav and the workout that changed my physique.

I have been doing a 5x5 now for 9 wks. Put on around 10 pounds, and all my lifts are up 30lbs. I have never been as stronge as I am right now, and still going! It works bro.
 
RJ and surfdog - Thanks bro's, I will start trying out low volume tomorrow. I really like the rotation and lifts I have now, I so am going to start out with keeping them but changing the reps and sets.

I would gain 15lbs every time I ate like this... Because I have done it. That is crazy.

nice progress.......keep it up.

I have some skinny ass friends........as soon as i got them to tone it down..........they put on weight and strength quick.

i like 1 muscle a day

keep it simple 3-4 diff workouts per muscle

5-7 reps-3-4 working sets

heavy compound movements only.

go to failure every single time.........you should be busting a nut on your last rep everytime

One of the most impressive transformations I've seen in a while, esp in 3 months. Nice work Scrawny.

Don't get too worried about the BW thing. Just keep eating. And remember, eating 'dirty' as you call it is not always the best way to add LBM. Its great you don't get fat like my big ass, but you can also limit your gains if your not getting good whole foods. And alot of them.

When i am gaining, i do a cheat meal EOD. And go big. Another thing i do is Sundays are all day cheats. So i eat clean most of the week, but i get enough stim from the cheats as well, and they are big cheats with lots good kcals, which is what you want if you are going to cheat IMO.

Alright guys. Thanks again for everyone's support and compliments. I have switched to low volume. Its only been two days so I will report back in a few weeks on the results. I am still working to stuff my self with as much food as possible. My new trick is anytime I wake up at night I eat. Sort of annoying, but its one or two more meals. RJ, I couldn't come close to getting that all down... but I will keep working toward it.

The juice is just now clearing ur system! Cyp/eq is 3wk delay i believe.. I get Crazy appetite on Eq, I can never eat like I eat on that stuff. Using anything for post cycle therapy (pct)? You gonna do another cycle later?

Ok I have switched to 5x5 for lower volume. Still stuffing face as much as humanly possible. I just broke 180lb (I only count first thing in the morning from a flat weight).
