alright, sounds good. I understand where you're coming from.
So to give everyone an update of what's going on thus far and what my thoughts are:
first, im about to do another injection today. Still doing the 100 test, 100 mast, and about 80 tren. I am only pinning glutes with the test and tren, and mast i am moving between lats and shoulders. I didn't want to be sticking just glutes eod, but i refuse to do quads anymore lol. So far it's been going well. I have been able to hit legs hard again and have been feeling pretty good. I feel like my legs are growing again. When I was pinning quads, for some reason it was crippling me haha.
And I'm learning the hard way that i REALLY need to lift super light while dieting. evidently I'm not like ronnie coleman and can lift heavy all the way up to the show. My last chest day I was doing incline barbell and I was repping 255 for 8 reps. I figure I was hitting 8 reps so its fairly light, as opposed to doing a weight for 4 reps. Well it was a hard 8, and on one of the reps on the way down, i sprained a muscle in my left rotator cuff. That was pretty scary because I don't want any serious injuries and a guy at my gym is getting surgery on his rotator cuff right now because he tore it. So fortunately its already feeling way better, so I'm assume I just sprained a muscle, and i'm going to take it super easy on it. But it was definately scary.
I've also had to deal with low back pain on and off for the last yr. Recently the chiropractor pointed out that everytime I see him my hamstrings are super tight, so we think the pain is related to that. So i've been stretching the hell outta my hams every day and its been getting better.
Im trying to lift a lot smarter now and way lighter because Im too young to be getting inured, and i have a show coming up so I don't want to be set back. and the biggest thing is that I plan to do this the rest of my life, so I can't be getting inured right now. So i'm definately swollowing my ego, and i'm going to lift lighter weights and just squeeze every rep and get an insane pump. After all, as a bodybuilder, thats all that matters.
This diet has definately given me a whole lot more respect to every bodybuilder out there, because dieting is 10x harder than it sounds. I ate fairly clean before, so i figured it would be tough, but not this tough! All day all I can think about is how much I just want to eat lol. I want to eat a lot and I want some junk food. But I've been sticking to the diet so that's good.
I have a lot of random thoughts and info on whats going on so I figure i would share. I also am stocking up already for my next bulking cycle which I plan to start around october. Im hoping since I've learned a lot more about how to really eat and how to grow, hopefully after my show I can get up to about 220 naturally before jumping back on. I'm hoping I can see some solid gains by just eating and traning smarter, and I think it's possible, because I have never knew so much about nutrition. I haven't decided what exactly the cycle will look like, but i'm getting a bunch of test, deca, dbol, and anavar. I was also thinking some tren e but i don't think it will be necessary. It's such a harsh drug anyways.
Oh, another note about my incline benching injury. I started to think about it, and none of the big guys at my gym ever even do incline barbell. I was talking to a guy and he said it just puts the shoulders in such a vulnerable position for injury. They do either incline DB, incline smith, or the hammer machines. And I was looking in my bodybuilding encyclopedia at all these pro's chest workouts, and out of like 10 guys, only 1 did incline barbell, the rest used DB, smith, or hammer strength. So I'm learning. I will probably do incline barbell once in a while, but with SUPER light weight and just to get full range of motion and squeeze. But from now on i'll stick to the other stuff. Seems safer.
