It doesn't have to be a cycle done within these 8 weeks. All it has to be is a Before and After picture, of any cycle/diet, of any bodybuilder, from any time.

But the before n after have to be 8weeks apart right?

No, the 8 weeks is in reference to how long the contest lasts. Started Feb 2, ends Apr 4. I can see the confusion, though.
