Hah you're probably right. I've definitely had a more positive outlook in general since I started.
 
Day 5

Still only minor soreness in the quad and no discoloration so I guess I'm doing everything right. I'm really starting to look forward to workouts as opposed to them being a part of my daily routine.

BB Incline
Seated calf raises
EZ bar curls
 
and idk the BEST needles to draw and pin but i draw and pin with the same needle. 23g 1.5" and have no problem.

the dbol is pretty quick acting - you'll prolly start to gain some water weight with that and the creatine (which is good imo) the sweet spot for me on the test is about 4-5 weeks in. By week 8 I'm fukkin supahman (in my own mind) and then you come down a little after PCT
 
Day 6 recap

Even though the rep range changes for the same exercises done in the week I can already tell my strength has increased.

Day 7

Day off from the gym. I didn't feel like I needed the rest but I'm taking it anyway. I haven't been sleeping a full 8 hours a night like normal for some reason. Maybe it's a reaction to the dbol I guess.
 
you logging work outs or going memory bud

I write everything in a notepad I bring to the gym. I've been logging my workouts since I first started. I find it helps me stay on point if I write down my daily goals. Or did you mean my numbers?

Did you have any bad side effects from the dbol?...just curious,i stopped mine after 2 weeks,it was aweful:confused:

never really had any probs with it. My BP goes up a bit and my cardio stamina goes down a bit. some water gain, but it feels pretty good - what problems did u have?

So far increased heart rate, water retention (not moonface), and not getting a full night sleep. No acne, mood swings, puffy nipples, or anything else I can think of. Other than that, I'm happier and moving more weight. I keep playing with my nipples just to make sure there isn't gyno forming lol. Were you running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with the dbol?
 
Day 8

I moved up in weight on everything today. I had such a strong pump in my calves that pressing the brake and gas pedals in my car was tough. I measured my arms when I got home and they were at 19 1/4 pumped. I know it's not an accurate measurement if it's not cold but it's still nice to see.

Edit: forgot to mention I shot my right quad today. I felt more pain on the aspiration than the injection. I'm getting much better at the whole process though.

yea im running Aromasin 12.5mg/ed now,when i was on the dbol,i was taking 25mg ed
 
I wrote up my routine in excel but since I can't upload that I pasted it in word. Here it is if anyone cares to try it. Right click and save as. It brings up some google docs page when I left click on it. The volume increases and rest decreases until week 4. Then you ride out supergrowth phase until you don't see results anymore.
