VM's First Cycle

Day 9

I woke up this morning with a sore throat and an aching lower back. I thought maybe I was getting test flu until I found out the girl I've been seeing just got the H1N1 vaccine. That bitch ;) I made sure to keep eating and hydrating so now I feel back to normal.

During the workout I got such a massive pump after pressing that my shoulders were hurting from all the blood pooling. I was starving for air on squats. 90 sec rest sucks.

Day 10

My normal workout partner saw me for the first time in a couple weeks in the gym and told me my upper back and chest are looking bigger. I'm having a very easy time moving up on DB bench. I'm catching more and more women staring now which is always a good feeling.

Day 11

I shot my left glute today. My hands were a little shaky after the needle was in but so far these are less painful than my quads. Moved up in everything but I had big jumps in presses and leg curls. I haven't ever felt this good before and my sex drive is way up as well. I've been blatantly staring at some women before I catch myself lol.

Day 12

Moved up on everything again. This isn't even the part of the program where the real growth comes into play so I'm loving this. I tried to put on my hoodie before leaving the gym but my pump was too big to move my arms around to get the hood part up. The girl at the counter saw me struggling and put it up for me haha

Day 13

On my fourth set of declines my pump hurt so bad I had to drop the weight. I feel like a sponge with the dbol and creatine.

Day 14

Another day of rest. I feel like my whole day revolves around making/eating food. So far so good.
 
Day 15

Shot my right glute today with no problems. I felt like a monster in the gym today. Even though the sets went up to 5 for each exercise today I still moved up. I started at 235lbs and today I weighed in at 254lbs. I quickly shot up to 245lbs from all the water in week one and have been gaining about a pound per day since.

Day 16

Moved up on everything again. I thought I was going to die after 5 sets of 15 rep squats @ 90sec rest. It's actually harder now on cycle than natural because the weight is heavier. I've gotten a couple accusations even wearing thermals so I don't think there's any way to hide this.

Man, listening to you describe the pump and the nice progress leaves a big smile on my face. I hope it stays good like this for you throughout the whole cycle.

Day 17

My gym's dumbbells only go up to 120s so I don't know what I'm going to do... I didn't really think that part through. My old gym goes up to 180s but there are no women to look at. I guess I'll go there for this day from now on.


Libido is through the roof. I think I would nail a 250lb woman right about now. I would go to the bar and pick something up but I don't want to have any alcohol in my system while I'm running the oral.


Side effects

I started noticing a lot of stomach rumblings the last few days but I haven't really thought much about it until now. I guess it's a reaction to the dbol because it's just more of the same kinds of foods I normally eat.

I had some whiteheads on my face but I went tanning and they went away.

I'll feel my heart rate increase shortly after taking a tab, but sometimes I'll feel very lethargic at certain points in the day, but never during a workout.

I've always had a receding hairline and I normally use a 1 on the clippers but now I have to use a no clip cut. I'm just glad I have a well shaped head so I can pull off the bald look.

Day 18

Shot my left quad today. I must have hit near a nerve because the entry was slightly painful. Only air on the aspiration so it was good to go.


Didn't move up in weight but was able to maintain the same weight for all 5 sets of each exercise. This is my third time doing this program and the other times in this week I would always have to drop weight since this is the overtraining phase.


I caught myself in the mirror in my peripherals and didn't notice myself. My first reaction was "who is this big guy?" So far I couldn't be more pleased with this cycle. I'm very anxious for the test gains.

Day 19

Just me and the guy working behind the counter in the gym today. I went up on incline and calf raises on the last sets. Best post-workout meal ever.

Day 20

Close-gripping 225 is a warmup now. I had such a tremendous lower back pump after squats that I waddled like a penguin over to the matted area to do the ab wheel. I'm so glad my new car has heated seats otherwise I'd still be in pain. This was the last high volume workout which couldn't have come at a better time. I was starting to get burned out.
