good fats, and some bad..are essential to growing..remember fats/cholesterol make testosterone.

look for the nutritional fact label on everything you eat,( get the fat gram X 9 = ?
1 gram of fat = 9 cal, example a protein bar has 20 grams of fat 20 X 9=180 cal, then add it to your daily calorie Intake,..that said 1 gram of protein = 4 cal, 1 gram of carbs = 4 empty cal, a calorie is a calorie it does not matter were it comes from.

Working on it bro!.. Cant get my wife to come with me, let alone on back and bicep day. Bout to switch to biceps&triceps/chest&back/shoulders&trapz split so we can knock this out before I get weak & shrink from dietary deficit cannibalism! STILL cant figure out how to eat, coming off the shit

Ping-No prob. I just want to make sure I'm counting my intake right...lol...I honestly have never had to do this counting crap before to gain weight while on cycle. But I CAN see a difference already in the few days that I have been counting. Even though my intake is not extremely high, I still am gaining about 1/4-1/2 lb every day thus far if I get over 3000 cals, 300-400carbs, 200protein.

Definitely noticing some more acne on back, neck, and face the past couple of days. My face seems to be rather oily as well (I had acne when I was younger so I know exactly what to expect).

Started today off with Incline straight bar bench: 6 sets, 295lbs 5x's, 225lbs 10x's, 205lbs 10x's, 185lbs 10x's, 135lbs 15's. DB Bench: 5 sets, 75lbs 10x's, 70lbs 10x's, 65lbs 10x's, 60lbs 10x's, 50lbs 10x's. Cables, flys, machine chest. *I felt the best today at the gym that I have felt all cycle long. Pumps were great, mood was excellent, energy was there, I just had fun lifting. I hope there are many more days like this!!!!!!!!!!!!

***Guys Look Over & Advise****I'm thinking about ordering some gear for the last part of my cycle (remember I'm going for 16 weeks). Some thoughts were Dbol again 12-16weeks (hopefully getting good stuff this time), possibly Tren (but not sure if I can handle EOD injections), or possibly Mastaplex. I have some time but want something that makes me feel invincible at the gym while taking it. THOUGHTS??!!??!!

Snigg-First TEST cycle. I have experimented with Dbol,& Tbol on a few cycles. Just stick with that you think???

I'm pretty sure that I'm going to end the last 4-5 weeks with dbol/tbol-I'll stick with that to further some additional gains (bloat me up a little bit...lol).
 
Day 40 Friday

Going out of town=Day off...Sucks!!!! I was looking forward to lifting today; legs.

However, I was really excited to get over 205lbs yesterday when weighing in. Counting my intake in food has definitely helped me personally. Before I was just assuming that I was getting enough cals,carbs,pro. Now, I know exactly what I'm getting and try to get more each time I add something up.

I felt really good last night at the gym. Probably the best I have felt all through the cycle thus far. I had excellent pumps, energy, etc.

DAY 42 Sunday

Weight 206.3lbs (+8lbs)

Diet: I'm not going to list my intake anymore (I was just doing that to find where I was going wrong and correct it). Diet was perfect.

GYM:
Calves & Triceps. Got really good pumps on both. I did 20 sets for calves & 10 sets for tri's (just getting them pumped since I'm working them twice a week).

Over the weekend I got a brand new Casein protein for night time (the other I had I really hated the taste and wasn't taking it on a regular basis). I will now incorporate casein EVERY night before bed!!!!

DAY 43 Monday

Biceps: Had a good day of just biceps at the gym today. Had some great pumps and worked very hard.
Arnold curls 3 sets, spider curls 3 sets, close grip bench 3 sets, hammer curls 3 sets, light DB curls to finish up pumps.

Diet was off today (i need to go to the grocery store tonight and restock)!!!!!!

DAY 44 Tuesday

GYM DAY OFF! Time to GROW and eat as much as possible today to help make up for Monday's loss. Goal is by tomorrow to get back to around 206lbs!!!!!

Had a good diet day. about 3500cals, 400carbs, 200protein.

From keeping this log I have found out that I personally will gain weight if my diet is a minimum of
3,000cals, 300carbs, 150protein in a single day (I will gain about 2lbs a week with this). IF I go below this I lose weight quickly it seems. Very Tricky!!!!!!! Especially since my Appetite is STILL suppressed.

DAY 45 Wednesday

Gym: 2hrs
Chest: Had a great Chest day. Are reps are very focused and great form.
DB Bench: 70lbs 8x's, 80lbs 8x's, 90lbs 8x's, 110lbs 8x's, 120lbs 6x's.
DB Incline: 60lbs 8x's, 70lbs 10x's, 80lbs 10x's, 90lbs 10x's, 70lbs 12x's, 60lbs 15x's, 50lbs 15x's.
Cables-low, med, high levels, seating presses, and a few other machines.

Diet was good but could have been better. If I do not get to 208lbs by Saturday I'm going to have to start counting intake again to make sure that I'm getting what is needed to grow.

Shoulders very sore after workout today!!!!
