isnt it just obvious he cant do it? I don't even see it possible for someone less then 200 pounds to do 20 reps at 500lbs. I just looked on youtube and couldnt find 1 single person thats not rediculously big that could do more then 8 reps at that weight.
I have never used a trapbar-does that make it easier by chance?
Neither have I, it DOES look a bit easier but 500 pounds is 500 pounds you know? lol, cant be TOO much easier.

I didn't get a good night sleep at all last night. My arms were on fire from my Tricep workout. I couldn't lay on either of my sides only my back-which I hate. *I didn't get a chance to try my deadlift max last night either. I think I'll try on my actual back day later in the week (gives me more time to rest).
