reguardless, NATURAL I think his genetic limit is ALOT less then his offseason weight. If he was natural I cant see him being more then 200lbs EVER at 5"4

350mg of TEST into Left Glute. Went super smooth (no pain at all).

*Ok, I'm still not certain if I'm feeling the effects my my TEST or not (could be fake or underdosed). However, I do feel hornier and have erections quite frequently. As before that was not happening as frequent. I do not feel stronger but just normal in that regards. My overall sens of well being seems normal as well; possibly a little happier and an overall sense of good feeling. Maybe I was expecting something different. I often hear people stating that they feel stronger, appetite increases, they feel invinciple etc. Maybe thats due to the combination of another steroid with the TEST (next cycle I guess). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

*having some problems eating today. Appetite is suppressed I think still. Gaging and trying to force food down. SUCKS!

I would like to see this video as well. I cannot dead lift shit and would really like to see someone of your size pick that shit up...BC if you can really do it-I'm jealous as hell....lol
 
isnt it just obvious he cant do it? I don't even see it possible for someone less then 200 pounds to do 20 reps at 500lbs. I just looked on youtube and couldnt find 1 single person thats not rediculously big that could do more then 8 reps at that weight.

Yep, I think thats the case but who knows. Today at the gym I'm going to get my straps out and see whats the most I can do. If I could pull up 405lb one time I'd be a happy camper. My form must really suck because I can seriously only do about 350lbs without straps just a couple times and my back is hurting like a MF. I usually do deads last but I'll do them first thing today and see what I can do.

I didn't get a good night sleep at all last night. My arms were on fire from my Tricep workout. I couldn't lay on either of my sides only my back-which I hate.

Back: Deadlifts: 5 sets 10 reps; 135lbs, 225lbs, 315lbs. Lat pull downs:90lbs-150lbs 6 sets. T-bar:45lb,90lbs,125lbs, 4 sets. Sitting lat pull down individual ropes. Pull-ups. Seated Rows. Seated Overhead pulls.

I felt ok at the gym today. It's hard for me to get good pumps on my back, but I worked the best that I could. Not sure if the B12 did much for my appetite that I could actually feel. However, I will continue to use it for a few weeks.

Its ok, At my height im well used to hater-aid drinkin shmucks dawging on my abilities. I CAN dead lift and squat so fucking much because I work on BIG diesel pile hammers. I should just post vid clips of that, as being what I mean when I said ALL DAY dead lifting 500lbs. Its actually over 600Lbs at work but I dont even wanna hear the mockery. The contemporary gym I use will be tough to get a camera in but Ill bring my wife and her camera just for the shits and giggles of proving that I DO NOT fucking LIE.. Superman time is up tho, Im 3wks post cycle of 750mg/wk of test (base) and needless to say Im feeling REALLY tired lately. I can still squeeze the shit out tho. Snigg, dont be lame.
