Nice squats and leg presses. Wirst giving out is a bitch aint it!
Tell the wifey you only lay pipe on rest days or maybe AFTER the workout. She's killing your strength & stamina...though there is no better excuse for weakness than a good "piece"!
 
Spent the weekend at AC...gambling and drinking...diet was def NOT on track...but made back all the money spent for food and lodging and then some...so in the black, and a little dehydrated:

Flat BB Bench Press

Cable work for chest, shoulders, and tri's as the gym was closing...superset style.

Lost some weight...down from 208ish to 205...possibly dehydrated, possibly fat loss...either way, happy with a bench PR. Later
 
thanks guys...size is coming along...eating clean and have cut back on carbs as i'm trying to loss a little around the mid-section.

Solid back workout. I'm taking it that you got tired of all the fat gain from the lack of conscious eating lol
 
thanks guys...i just keep going. Feeling really tired (like burned out) this morning, def not going to the gym tonight
 
too much sex. lol! we are all tired one time or the other. can't be helped at all. we have jobs/life so yeah. as PB said, you can't be 100% in gym all the time.

what are Xplode pull downs?

It's a free-weight machine. independent handles so you could do a pulldown with one side then the other if you wanted. I just stack the 45 plates on and go.
