I never liked boxed squats to tell you the truth, Angry. This is b/c when I sit on the box, my body rocks back and forth and I don't feel stable. I just stick w. regular squats, some legpress, and very little leg extentions for quads.

maybe it forces you to go down deeper than you like?

Is the 315x1 hard when you push it up? You've seem to be ending on flatbench on that rep for awhile now.

Mulli and I combined are over 315. SUCK IT :druggie:
 
yeh, stuck at 315...it's not too hard, just not really feeling enough to do more...think the cns may be shot, i'll be changing the workout program soon. Also, it seems all my bench workouts have come after bad diet days..so, that may be playing a small role too. I'm confident in pushing the 315 with no spotter everytime, so i'm sure a spotter would add a few more pounds if ya know what i mean.
 
yeh, i'm no longer pr hungry...workouts will be changed around starting today actually. My new desk at the office makes me more visable, won't be on the Ology as much. Will still be lifting though. My shoulders and back look like shit from the acne...think i'm going to run some accutane to put that shit in check, and will get as much natural sunlight as i can.
 
So, for the sake of logging, current PR's are as follows:

Flat Bench - 325lbs
Deadlift - 495lbs
Squat - 345lbs (finally above the bench)
Clean - 225lbs (don't work much but I think it's noteworthy)

Thanks...all my old goals have been beat. New goals put me around the 1500lbs club....I think i'm still a ways off this, maybe in a couple years..lol
