days i workout..nothing. Off days, some nyquil to sleep. I'm taking ephedrine now...it's seeming to help with the cough...but it's still intermittent. Thanks bro
 
Whenever I feel the slightest bit of cold comin up, I up my vitamin C intake to 4-5g/day split throughout the day. It really works - I feel better within the next day or the day after.

Yeh, maybe i need to incorporate some extra vit C

Finished with cable work for the chest, shoulder, and triceps for higher reps...just lacking some intensity today.
