holy crap..weighed in tonight, after three shits today....206lbs! wtf, too much eating and drinking over the weekend i guess. This weight gain really fucks up my goals of deadlifting 3x my body weight

I know what you mean about the drinking, it just comes with the territory sometimes. Nice deadlift numbers and congrats on the PR. Unfortunately, I also know what you mean about the "shit your pants" feeling.
