Deadlift was feeling really good other than losing the grip...once i start doing over 400 i think it's time to dig the straps out of the closet.

bad ass deads, bro! my bench goal before year end is 250..but that seems mipossible..so i'll take 210-220 and 300 for deads and a solid 265 in squats for 2 reps

well, i can...but it's like i'm picky...i want as little help as possible from a spotter...i just want them at that last second. Most people at my gym will be cool with spotting..but at the first sign of anything that resembles struggle, they reach over a yank the bar up...basically wasting my time. I would need a real understanding spotter and instead of looking like a dick, i figure i'll just do it myself...haha unless i'm really trying to break a record

Well, think that was my best squat to date since I started working out again...also think that's my best bench as well. All that drinking must have been good for something..haha

Well, since i missed a few days there...kinda like quick catch up. Also have a company christmas party to attend...so, trying to coordinate around that too. I feel my legs slightly sore today...so it must have been enough to hit them

Actually, I'm about every other day workout ... cycling chest, back, shoulder, legs; in that order.

actually...it's really wierd...since i started the GM business...my back ISN'T sore after the workout whereas before it would be...then again, i'm not really loading the bar up on the GM's but it's enough to feel it!
 
GM straightens your back and makes it feel good again..it's true. I consider that as the back straightener. good job bro. try taking vids too. would appreciate your experience and all
