Dylan Gemelli's EPIC Ultradrol/Trenazone/Transaderm Triple Stack!!

I have the same thing from puberty. It got aggravated from my 1st test-e cycle and later from estro rebound from too much letro...If you don't want surgery there are only a couple options you can try:

1. Letro
2. Nolva
3. Ralox

I've been looking into ralox and nolva as they are extremely affective when run for 3-6 months. I will be running ralox very soon. Hope this helps, Keep Up The Good Work Bro!

ive never heard of ralox but definitely have the other two on hand... thanks for the info bro... i appreciate it!

Day 25 - Big Chest and Biceps Day!!

Sorry for not updating yesterday... I had a very busy day and was not able to update but I had a great tricep and back day...

Today I felt a lot better than I have the last 7 days... I have been having a lot of lethargy and nausea but today, finally, it subsided... I think I was just having trouble getting used to adding the anavar and proviron but today was a much better day...

So today for cardio I did a 60 minute elliptical on level 8 for 7.75 miles... I finished with the stairclimber for 15 minutes on level 13...

So I am going to start structuring this a bit different... I am going to list all my exercises and then discuss them...

BENCH PRESS - 215 x 10, 220 x 10, 220x 10, 225 x 10

superset: Dumbbell bench press 100 x 10, 100 x 10, 100 x 10, 100 x 10
Standing simotaneous dumbbell side arm hammer curls 45 x 10, 45 x 10, 45 x 10, 50 x 10

Standing dumbbell single arm iso curl - 65 x 10, 70 x 10, 70 x 10, 75 x 10

superset: seated simotaneous cable chest pushdowns - 100 x 10, 120 x 10, 140 x 10, 140 x 10
seated simotaneous cable curls - 100 x 10, 100 x 10, 100 x 10, 100 x 10

single arm cable hammer curl ( no connector) - 70 x 10, 75 x 10, 80 x 10, 80 x 10

single arm bodymaster pec machine - 140 x 10, 140 x 10, 140 x 10, 140 x 10

So my bench press was very strong today... I feel like I could have gotten 230 x 10 and next week I will go for it... I am very happy with the progress on it lately... Last week I finally set a PR at 225 x 10 and that weight went up much easier this week...

Going straight into dumbbell bench press after barbell bench press was tough! I was very happy to get 100 x 10 on the dumbbells all four sets after that previous set...

My side arm hammer curls were very strong... The vascularity that shows on these is fcking amazing! I had a great pump in my biceps after these

Next were the iso curls... I think it looks damn impressive to curl 75 pound dumbbells on iso curls... This was a new PR for me as well...

The seated cable pushdowns were really different and difficult... I really liked the different angles that it hit my chest... I have never done them seated before and will definitely be doing it this way again...

The simotaneous cable curls are always nice... they burn your biceps so much and I was feeling great after these...

I also really liked the single arm hammer curls on the cable without a connector... I felt like these really hit my biceps better than any other bicep exercise i do... that's how good of an exercise this is... its so controlled and just requires perfect form and effort... i will definitely be doing more of these...

I finished with the single arm pec machine... This was a tough way to finish and it was a great way to complete my workout... I had to work very hard to get through this one but I could feel how great it was working my chest...

I made great progress today and just had an overall great feeling... My strength is getting better and better as well as my vascularity... I am always going for more progress each and every day... All feedback appreciated!!

Day 26 - Anavar is kicking in!!

Today was another really strong day for me... Im definitely feeling so much better and back to my old self and just have a renewed sense of energy... I am very excited to move forward... The pictures that I have from today blew me away... I never thought I would ever be the size that I am today and be able to shred the way I have... I am very happy with the results so far... i still feel like I have a bit extra
water but otherwise I am very happy!

Cardio today went very well... I started with a 50 minute stairclimber for 7.25 miles on level 13... Then I did a 20 minute elliptical for 2.5 miles on level 8. I finished it off with the bike for 3 miles on level 8 for 10 minutes...

Today was shoulders and traps and I had a tremendous workout!

Superset: Standing barbell shoulder press: 145x10, 150x10, 150x10, 155x10
Alternate arm dumbbell high row: 65x10, 65x10, 65x10, 70x10

Superset: Seated straight bar shoulder press (10 second negatives) : 80x10, 80x10, 80x10,80x10
Seated simotaneous dumbbell forward straight arm lateral raises: 45x10,45x10,45x10,45x10

Barbell single arm shoulder push: 115x10, 115x10, 115x10, 115x10

Single arm smith machine shrugs: 135x10, 155x10, 155x10, 155x10

Cybex machine bent arm lateral raises: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

Standing FREE WEIGHT single arm straight arm shoulder lateral raise: 35x10, 35x10, 35x10, 35x10

So I started off very strong and went big with my standing barbell shoulder
presses... When I clean the bar up and have it in the press position, the veins that are showing are just incredible. So I started off at 145 and went to my previous PR of 150... I went for a new PR of 155 and nailed it... Thats a really big press... This is a flat footed shoulder press with no leg help whatsoever. Just a pure standing shoulder press...

I superset this with alternate arm dumbbell high rows... These definitely take a lot out of you at the weight I was doing. I started off at PR weight of 65 and ended up making it to 70 on the last set...

The next superset was tough!! When I do negatives, I really push myself to the max... 10 seconds going down on a negative is so extreme... most people do 3-5 seconds... If I am going to take the time to do negatives, I am going to get more than my moneys worth... I was just shredding my shoulders on these but the benefits are incredble... It definitely made my superset interesting but I still managed all four sets on seated simotaneous forward lateral raises at 45...

The next exercise was very tough but I am definitely going to be doing this one more often. This is a standing exercise where you take a barbell and hook it on to a connector (normally used for back rows) and press it with one arm. This was shaping my shoulders beautifully... I did all four sets at 115 and absolutely loved it...

I tried a different way of doing shrugs on the smith machine today by doing them single armed and it was awesome... I started at 135 and was able to finish at 155... i really like doing them this way because it really puts extra focus on them and helps to give them more shape...

Next I went straight to PR weight on the cybex bent arm lateral raises... I like to do the bent arm raises on this machine on occasion because its very controlled and I get a very nice burn on them... I did all four sets at 150, which was a PR...

I finished strong, going with FREE WEIGHTS instead of dumbbells... Its much harder to lift free weights because of the way they are proportioned and the weight distribution is just very difficult but very beneficial. I did standing single arm straight arm shoulder lateral raises... I did all four sets with a 35lb. free weight...

This workout today was a tremendous success and I am just thrilled with the result. I weighed in at 204 today, which is up 13 lbs. in less than 4 weeks. I can really start to see the anavar kick in and you can tell by the pictures that the vascularity is just unbelievable. I am very excited with the progress and am pushing for much more... I am absolutely loving the additons of anavar and proviron and will just keep working harder and harder... All feedback appreciated!!

Awesome log Bro!! Keep up the hard work. I can tell from all the pics you've posted that you are definitely getting bigger, and staying lean at the same time.

Day 27 - More Strength Gains!!

I am definitely feeling much much better and it is really showing in my workouts... I have been feeling extra strong and continually see increases in strength and size...

Today was another strong workout. I started with 35 minutes on the elliptical for 4.25 miles on level 8. Then I did 35 minutes on the stairclimber for 5 miles on level 13 and i finished it off with the bike for 3 miles on level 8 for 10 minutes.

Today was back and triceps.

Superset: Seated cable back extension row - 220x10, 230x10, 230x10, 240x10

Wide grip back pushups - 30,30,30

Superset: Wide grip (side connector) lat pulldown - 200 x 10, 210x10, 210x10, 220x10

Cybex machine single-arm tricep extension - 70x10, 70x10, 70x10, 75x10

Superset: Single arm rotary upper back - 220x10, 235x10, 250x10, 250x10

Lower back weighted back extensions - 45x12, 45x12, 45x12

Superset: Bodymaster hammer strength low row (10 second negatives) - 45x10, 45x10, 45x10, 45x10

Standing overhead tricep bar extension - 110x10, 110x10, 110x10, 110x10

Lay - down overhead tricep curl bar extrension - 110x10, 110x10, 110x10, 110x10

Wide grip side connector tricep extension - 177x10, 177x10, 177x10, 189x10

So I started off with a superset of cable seated back extension rows and wide grip back pushups. I started off the back rows at my previous PR of 220x10... I smashed that pr getting up to 240 my last set.

I like the back pushups because they really put a high concentration on your mid back area... I do the push ups with my fingers facing out on a very wide grip and do them nice and controlled and just feel it all through my back... Its a really nice complimentary exercise...

Next i did very controlled wide grip lat pulldowns and the cybex machine seated tricep extensions with a single arm instead of simotaneous.

I really wanted to do more of a concentration than super heavy on the lat pulldowns because I really want to shred my back and get that nice V shape going... 220 x 10 is my PR which I did do on the last set but I went for more controlled exercise on this one...

I have never done the tricep machine single armed and it was great... I noticed a big difference in how it felt on my triceps and will continue to add this into my workout...

Next I did single arm rotary upper back and weighed back extensions... I went straight for PR weight on the single arm rotary and it was not too hard for me... I maxed out the weight on the machine the last two sets at 250 x 10...

I did all my lower back extensions with a 45lb. plate...

Next I did a tough one on the bodymaster low row... The 10 second negatives are really tough... I did all four sets at 45 x 10... I was looking forward to this exercise but also knew it would be very difficult and it was but it was definitely worth it...

I superset these with standing overhead tricep extensions with a curl bar... These are always nice and controlled and 110 is very nice weight for these...

Next I did lay down overhead tricep extensions... These are very controlled and really shape the triceps nicely...

I finished with wide grip tricep extensions... This is an extremely wide grip while gripping side connectors on a pulldown bar. I had to add dumbbell weight to the cables for these and got up to 189 on them...

This workout went very well... I moved through it at a quicker pace to really push my muscular endurance... Sometimes its good to do this and shock the muscles... When I lift really heavy I normally rest about 2 minutes in between sets but today I was more along the lines of 45 seconds... I like to mix this in when I can... Its obviously more difficult on chest days or shoulder days when the weight is just so heavy so back and tricep days are easier to incorporate them in.... I am feeling very vascular and very strong. I still feel like I have a bit of water and it bothers me but I am extremely happy with most everything... I always find things that need mprovement and it motivates me to keep working harder.... I will continue to push harder and harder and makes as much progress as possible. All feedback appreciated!

Day 29- The strength continues to build...

I must say that my overall energy and feeling of well being is so much better lately... I think the adjustment of the addition of anavar and proviron took its toll for about a week but now I am past that and feeling much better and I can definitely feel it during my workouts...

I feel like I am holding extra water today for some reason.... I have been trying to come up with a conclusion all day but have not found one... My diet has stayed beyond clean and I have not changed anything so it must just be one of those days...

Today for cardio I did 60 minutes on the elliptical for 7.75 miles on level 8 and finished with 15 minutes on the stairclimber for 2.25 miles on level 13...

I sweat a ton today and have been pissing non stop today so hopefully whatever extra water was there will be gone tomorrow...

So today was chest and biceps day and I have to say, I am absolutely loving the growing amounts of strength I am having on a daily basis... I am almost in shock to the amounts of weight I am throwing around...

Superset: Dumbbell Incline - 100 x 10, 100 x 10, 105 x 10, 105x10

Dumbbell simotaneous curls - 45 x 10, 45 x 10, 45 x 10, 50 x 10

Superset: Dumbbell arnold flies - 80 x 10, 80 x 10, 80 x 10, 80 x 10

Single arm inward hammer curl - 85 x 10, 90 x 10, 90 x 10, 95 x 10

Superset: Single arm dumbbell bench press - 90 x 10, 90 x10, 90x10, 90x10

Standing straight bar inverted curl - 90 x 10, 90 x 10, 90 x10, 90 x10

Rotary chest press - 250 x 10, 250 x 10, 250 x 10, 250 x 10

Single arm cybex machine hammer curl - 70 x 10, 70 x 10, 70 x 10, 70 x 10

I started off hard right from the jump... I went straight for the 100 lb. dumbbells on my incline and was just ripping them up... I set a pr of 105 last week and did 2 sets with that weight today... I feel I can get 110 for 10 and will aim for that next week on this exercise...

I superset it with nice and controlled simotaneous dumbbell curls. I really wanted to get a nice burn going on my biceps and this definitely did the trick...

Next superset was tough! I did dumbbell incline arnold flies superset with single arm inward hammer curls... The arnold flies are tough because they require a lot of stability with heavy weight... 80 lb dumbbells on this is very high and tough...

The next lift was my most impressive of the day... Single arm inward hammer curls... I was able to get to 95 on these... watching myself do any sort of curl with a 95 lb. dumbbell just didn't even seem real to me but I truly enjoyed watching it! I was so thrilled with this but I feel I can get the 100 up next time...

I felt that my single arm dumbbell bench with 90 lb. dumbbells was very impressive as well... This was very difficult, especially considering what I had just done on my chest but I did all four sets with this weight...

The inverted curls are always tough and they just burn all over... I did all four sets on 90 and was just burning after this set...

The rotary chest press was next and I did max weight on the machine at 250 all four sets... I feel that is extremely impressive and it was definitely tough to finish my chest on for the day...

I finished with the cybex machine single arm hammer curls... I really went for a nice shaping exercise to finish the workout with but still went very heavy for single arm on this machine... 70 on all four sets was very impressive and was a nice finish to the workout...

I am just so thrilled with the gains in strength that are going on... I am getting a ton of compliments on my body shape as well which is very nice to hear because I am extra sensitive with this... I feel like things are going very well but I am looking to get extra cut going on here as well... I am wanting to finish this cycle right at 6% body fat... I am very happy with my muscle size and shape right now and just want to continue to move forward and keep making progress... All feedback appreciated!!

Day 30 - A Huge Shoulder Day!!

So today was just an overall better day for me. I felt like I was holding a lot less water, although still holding more than I am comfortable with, but I felt like I had much more energy again today, more than I have had in quite some time. I was really liking the start to the day and it reflected in my workout.

For cardio today I started with the elliptical for 60 minutes on level 8 for 7.75 miles. Then I went to the stairclimber for 10 minutes on level 13. I finished with 100 consecutive burpees.

I can't wait for my new shoes to get here. They should be here any day. I waited for the gel nimbus 14's to come out but I truly miss running. My shoes now are just worn and running the way I run just causes me setbacks and I am being smart and waiting as opposed to giving myself shin splints. They will be here tomorrow or the next day!

Today was shoulders and traps and I just felt like this would be a very strong one for me and I was definitely right!

Superset: Hammer strength shoulder press: 230 x 10, 250 x10, 250 x 10, 260 x 10

Single arm FREE WEIGHT, bent- arm lateral raise: 45 x 10, 45 x10, 45x10, 45x10

Superset: Standing wide grip straight bar shoulder press(10 second negatives) - 90 x10, 90x10, 90x10, 90x10

Seated dumbbell simotaneous straight arm shoulder lateral raises - 40 x 10, 40 x 10, 40 x 10, 40 x10

Dumbbell shrugs - 140 x 10, 140 x 10, 140 x 10, 140 x 10

Superset: Seated dumbbell arnold press - 65 x 10, 65 x 10, 65x10, 65x10

Seated simotaneous dumbbell rear delt - 50 x 10, 50 x 10, 50 x 10, 50 x 10

Dumbbell simotaneous high row: 60 x 10, 60 x 10, 60 x 10, 60 x 10

This workout was awesome from start to finish. I am not sure what my PR was previously on hammer strength shoulder press but 260 is almost three plates on each side... It was tough but I felt was very impressive.

I love to do free weight lateral raises because I just feel like I get so much more out of them. They definitely can give a little fatigue because the required effort with the weight distribution is much more difficult but they are great to mix in and with a 45 plate, they are very difficult but a huge accomplishment...

The standing shoulder press negatives are so tough doing each rep for ten seconds. My PR on these had been 80 so 90 was a nice increase. By the fourth set, your shoulders are just so burnt but they are shaped so nice!

I was getting so many looks when I was doing the seated simotaneous straight arm lateral raises... The amounts of veins and shred that was showing on these was absolutely insane. I have to get a video of these next time I do them because as hard as they are, I am able to block some of it out because of what I see in the mirror. These are just an awesome workout though and I love what they do for my shoulders.

Next I went as heavy as I ever have on dumbbell shrugs. I started with PR weight at 140 x 10 and finished with a nice PR of 145 x 10.

I stayed consistent on my dumbbell arnold presses. I always do them later in my workout so they are very difficult. I feel like 65 dumbbells on these are very impressive, especially considering what my shoulders had gone through prior to this one.

The simoteaneous rear delts are very tough because of having to hold the weight up for so long even with your chest. I love the way these feel as opposed to doing them on a machine because you have to work so much harder this way... These are excellent for adding size to your traps.

I finished very strong with dumbbell high rows. I started at PR weight of 60 x 10 and finished at that weight. These were so difficult to finish with but I felt it was a great way to finish an extremely productive workout...

I am just thrilled with the continued progress... I am however still bothered by the extra water that I have and just cannot wait to get rid of it... I am very touchy when it comes to this but I will definitely get it gone by cycles end. I am just so happy with my strength increases and just watching my muscles transform... The vascularity continues to be amazing and seeing these changes just motivates me more to continue to add to them... All feedback appreciated!!

You just feeling bloated from the extra water?

Looking forward to seeing update pics, your strength is looking great.

Have you been experiencing any side effects other than the water retention and Anterior tib hurting?

You said you think the nausea was from all the stims?

Yeah but what I call bloat or extra water, most people can't even see... I notice every little thing man... anyone that i ask thinks im crazy but i know my body and i know when its holding a bit of water... for me its a big deal, for most its nothing...

no other side effects now... i honestly think the nausea was from adding anavar and proviron, just getting used to it, but now that I'm used to it I feel great...

Day 31 - Hittin it extra hard!!

I felt nice and refreshed again today except for my back being out of place. That can be a real hinderance when it gets to the point it is at but other than that, I was feeling excellent.

I had already decided that I was going to do some hardcore cardio today ( I guess I do everyday) but today even more... So I started with the elliptical for 60 minutes, 8 miles on level 8. Then I went to the circuits... I did a 4 set circuit to start which consisted of Standing Up downs and butt kick jumps. I did four sets each, 25's on the up downs and 30 on the butt kick jumps... I had minimal rest in between each set... Up downs truly are a bicchhhh but they really help to shred... Then I did a straight butt kick jump circuit... 4 sets, only 30 seconds in between each set... 30 jumps each... I was definitely feeling great after this one!

So today was back and triceps. I was wanting to really hit them hard today and that's exactly what I did!

Superset: Standing dumbbell back extensions: 80 x 10, 80 x 10, 85 x 10, 85x10

Standing single arm dumbbell tricep kicks: 60 x10, 65x10, 70 x 10, 75x10

Triple set: Bodymaster hammer strength low row (invert grip) : 115x10, 115x10, 120x10, 125x10

Overhead medicine ball power throw: 3 sets 20, 20, 20

Lower back extension: 45x12, 45x12,45x12

Superset: Bodymaster dips: 250x10, 250x10, 250x10, 250x10

Medicine ball diamond push ups: 30, 30, 30, 30

Single arm inverted rotary lat pulldown: 250x10, 250x10, 250x10, 250x10

TRX Band Tricep Extension: 12, 12, 12, 12

Single arm cable back extension: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

So I started off heavy on my first superset with dumbbell back extensions. I really get a nice burn on those and I give them a 3-4 second hold to really work the back. I got up to 85's today, which was a big set.

I set a PR on my tricep kicks. The last set which was a PR, on 75 was extremely tough, but I nailed it!

The bodymaster low row with an inverted grip really works the back nicely. I set a PR on the third set at 120 and added to it at 125 on the last set...

I like the overhead powerball throws because its a muscle endurance builder for your back... I like to add in explosive exercises and this is definitely one of those...

I did my normal three sets of back extensions with a 45 lb. plate...

This next superset was BY FAR the most difficult of the day. I had max weight on the dip machine at 250 and then supersetting that with diamond pushups with my hands in the diamond on the medicine ball was just tough. When you do these by themselves they are hard but supersetting them with dips is extremely tough. I had a huge tricep burn going on after this one but I loved the way they were looking!

The single arm rotary lats are excellent for giving that V shape for your back. I had max weight on this at 250...

They just added the TRX bands in at the gym so I definitely wanted to utilize those with overhead tricep extensions. These are extremely tough and I did all four sets at 12 reps each. I will be incorporating these bands into my workouts now that we have them.

I finished with single arm cable back extensions. I had max weight on these at 150 and this was a great way to finish a strong workout...

This was another very productive workout for me. My strength is rising and my energy is as well. I am feeling really good all throughout the day and especially during my workout. I am still trying to make as much progress as possible...

I AIM FOR PERFECTION... I know this is crazy to some, but since Perfection is impossible, you always have something to shoot for and that's how I look at it everyday. Everyday is a chance to make progress so I take full advantage of all the blessed days I have to be able to improve and try to make the most out of each and every day and workout... I will continue to push harder and harder each and every day! All feedback appreciated!!

Day 32 - My Best Workout of The Entire Cycle!!

Just in case you didn't see the title for today... This was MY BEST WORKOUT OF THE ENTIRE CYCLE... I felt absolutely wonderful today and as you read on, the progress made today was excellent!!

I hit cardio hard today... I do everyday though! =) I started with a 30 minute elliptical for 4 miles on level 8. Then I did the stairclimber for 40 minutes on level 13. I finished with a butt kick jump circuit... This was tough... It was eight sets of 30 jumps... 30 second rest in between each set. I was definitely feeling it after this one but I was feeling pumped to lift!

Today was chest and biceps and was just a HUGE PR DAY FOR ME...

Bench press: 215x10, 220x10, 225x10, 230 x 10

Superset: Dumbbell bench press: 100 x 10, 100 x 10, 100 x 10, 105 x 10
Dumbbell simotaneous hammer curls: 70 x 10, 75x10, 80x10, 85x10

Superset: Standing dumbbell simotaneous side arm hammer curls: 50x10, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10
Standing curlbar curls (5 second negatives) : 80x10, 80x10, 80x10, 80x10

Superset: Cable flies press: 120x10, 120x10, 120x10, 120x10
Cable chest pushdowns: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

Cable inverted curls: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

I started off with bench press and I knew today that I was going for a PR... I was feeling very strong and it showed in my sets. When I got to the 225 set today I pushed it up very strong and knew I could get the 230... 230 was tough but I nailed it! Any PR on the bench is a big deal for me and this was definitely a big deal!

I felt my dumbbell bench press was very impressive considering I went straight to it after the bench press I had just done... I got up to 105 which I felt was impressive...

My hammer curls were extremely impressive... I cannot believe that I got up to 85 lb. dumbbells on the hammer curls... That was a tough set but was a huge PR for me!

The next bicep superset was very tough... The standing side arm hammer curls are very difficult and then going straight into curl bar negatives really burned my biceps... I went a bit heavier on the weight on the negatives and did 5 second negatives instead of 10 second negatives on lower weight... This superset was very beneficial and my biceps were definitely feeling it...

The cable superset I did was so tough... This one took everything I had in me to complete... Cable flies at 120 is very high and then I did max weight at 150 on the pushdowns... My chest was definitely drained after this but it really showed the increase in strength that I have been having on this cycle...

I finished with cable inverted curls... I started at max weight of 150 which was also a PR for me and finished with that as well...

This workout was an extreme success for me... I am feeling so great about this one and am so excited about the continuing progress... I feel like I am holding a lot less water and my diet is so fcking spot on right now... It is always very strict but I am so dialed in right now with everything... I upped my dose of ultradrol to 24 mg and will finish it out with that dose... I will be raising my anavar and proviron dosage in another week or so as well... I am so happy with the results and am looking forward to adding to them each and every day... I am so motivated to push harder and harder! I love it! All feedback appreciated!!

Day 33 - A huge shoulder day!!

So today was another big day for me... I am really starting to feel like the water that was bothering me is starting to go away and that is really motivating me even more... I am getting used to this size now and am being able to shred it more... It always takes a bit of adjustment anytime you put on size, but I am finding ways to hold on to the size and shred it as much as possible... I will continue to work towards this...

Today's cardio was strong. I started with a 45 minute elliptical for 5.5 miles on level 8... Next I did the stairclimber for 25 minutes, 3.5 miles on level 13... I finished with the butt kick jump circuit. This is 8 sets of butt kick jumps... 30 jumps then rest 30 seconds and continue... This is very tough but I can see the extra shred that it is providing me and I love it!

So today was another big day for me with the weights. Today was shoulders and traps and I was determined to set some more PR's today and that was definitely achieved...

Superset: Smith machine shoulder press: 225 x10, 225 x10, 230x10, 235x10

Dumbbell alternate arm straight arm forward lateral raise: 65x10, 70x10, 70x10, 70x10

Superset: Single arm smith machine shrugs: 155x10, 165x10, 175x10, 175x10

Behind the back dumbbell lateral raises: 25x10, 25x10, 25x10, 30x10

Superset: Single arm shoulder press (calf machine): 90x10, 90x10, 90x10, 105x10

Single arm FREE WEIGHT straight arm full overhead shoulder lateral raise: 35x10, 35x10, 35x10, 35x10

Superset: Alternate arm rotary shoulder: 205x10, 205x10, 205x10, 205x10

Bodymaster lateral raise: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

I started off with smith machine shoulder presses and went right for my previous PR of 225 x 10 and I knew with how strong I felt that I would suprass it today... I ended up breaking it by 10lbs!! That was a huge PR for me at 235 x 10 on smith shoulder presses...

The dumbbell forward straight arm lateral raises were extremely tough. It takes a lot of endurance at that high of weight to complete these with alternating arms... I got up to 70 x 10 and that is very high for this exercise...

The smith machine single arm shrugs are some of the most effective shrugs I have ever done... I went very heavy at 175 x 10 and really love the way they isolate your traps...

I tried something new with behind the back lateral raise... You can't really get a full lateral raise on these but they work your traps so good... My traps were burning so much after these and I will definitely be utilizing these more in my workouts...

The single arm shoulder press on the calf machine is very difficult and really pushes the shoulder hard... I got up to 105 on this which is very impressive...

The free weight full overhead lateral raise is just tough! My PR was 25 x 10 on those and I did all four sets at 35 x 10... My shoulders were very tired after this but it was well worth it for the awesome results...

The alternate arm rotary shoulder is another very difficult exercise and takes a lot of strength... I did all four sets at 205, which is very high on this exercise...

I finished strong on the bodymaster lateral raise machine... I did max weight on all four sets at 150 and was definitely feeling it after this exercise...

This workout was a great success and I felt like I made some great progress again today... I feel like although my weight is still the same, that I am definitely leaning out more and that is what I like to see... I am very happy with the continued progress and feel I am definitely progressing how I like... I am just pushing more and more! All feedback appreciated!!

Day 36 - Going straight for the PR's!!

Sorry for missing my updates over the weekend... I was extremely busy and was just not able to get the updates up... Trust me, it was a very productive weekend workout wise and I also finally popped my back into place which was a huge relief and helped out so much with my overall mood...

So today is the start of week 6 and it will be my final week of ultradrol and trenazone... I still have a few weeks left of anavar, proviron and transaderm but 6 weeks is more than enough of the others... I bumped ultradrol up to 24mg and can really tell the strength increase from it... 20-24mg is definitely the spot that I have had the most response to from ultradrol...

So cardio was pretty strong for me again today... I am anticipating my new shoes getting here though so i can get back to my normal running routine... I am really starting to get bothered with not running every day or at least 5 days a week... Today I did the elliptical for 60 minutes on level 8 for 7.75 miles... I did the stairclimber on level 13 for 10 minutes and 1.5 miles... I finished with the butt kick jump circuit... 8 sets of 30... rest 30 seconds in between each set... I can really see a positive effect from these...

So today was chest and biceps and I was after PR's all day today and was able to make some really nice accomplishments on them!

Superset: Smith Machine Incline - 245x10, 255x10, 255x10, 260x10

Straight bar curl - 110 x 10, 110x10, 110x10, 110x10

Dumbbell arnold bench press - 90x10, 90x10, 90x10, 90x10

Superset: Seated dumbbell simotaneous curl - 45x10, 50x10, 50x10, 55x10

Single arm dumbbell over the knee curl - 70x10, 70x10, 75x10, 75x10

Superset: Dumbbell flies - 90x10, 90x10, 90x10, 90x10

Standing single arm dumbbell side arm hammer curls- 45x10, 45x10, 45x10, 45x10

Curl bar straigh arm chest raises - 80x10, 80x10, 80x10, 80x10

I went for a PR right off the bat on smith machine incline... My previous PR was 245 x 10 and i started with that... I ripped those off without much a problem and was able to break my PR by 15lbs... That's a HUGE INCREASE and i was thrilled with that...

The curls at 110 on the straight bar were very heavy and a nice way to get my bicps going!

Next I went straight for PR weight on the arnold bench presses... i did all four sets at 90 x 10 and i felt that was extremely impressive and I was really very strong....

Next i went to some serious bicep shaping exercises... I did nice and controlled seated simotaneous dumbbell curls... I was able to get to 55 x 10 which was a very high weight for these...

I set another pr on the over the knee single arm dumbbell curls... 75 x 10 was definitely a tough weight but I was able to do it on two different sets! A very nice PR for me!

I went hard on the dumbbell flies at 90 x 10... that just looks like such crazy weight to be doing on flies and it was definitely tough but I was just feeling very strong!

Next was single arm dumbbell side arm hammer curls... these are much more difficult to do outward than inward... i can double the weight doing them inward but otward is very tough but it shapes the biceps wonderfully... the veins that i see on this exercise just blows me away... 45 x 10 is a very tough weight on these but very effective...

I finished with straight bar chest raises... 80 x 10 was a very heavy weight on these but I was able to finish strong...

I must say that I am just amazed at the strength that I am continually showing... the last few weeks especially have been amazing with the strength... I am fluctuating between 203 and 205 lbs. and my body fat is still in the 6% range but I still have more water than I would like... I know that will all be gone soon though... My muscle size just continues to blow me away because i have never been this size before so it is just amazing to me... I am loving the results and am so motivated to continue getting more and more out of this cycle... I have a lot of improvements left to be made but I feel as though I am definitely moving in the right direction! All feedback appreciated!!

Day 37 - Updated Pics!!

Today was another strong day for me. I felt pretty rested today which was nice because I had a lack of sleep over the weekend... Unfortunately, tomorrow is not going to be so nice because I am going to have a meeting early in the morning and have to close tonight.. So after my meeting I will be at the gym probably with a good amount of stims... =)

So today's cardio was strong... I started out with 50 minutes on the stairclimber on level 13 and then 10 minutes on the elliptical on level 8. I did a hardcore circuit after these two... The circuit started as this... 4 sets of up downs and butt kick jumps... sets of 25 up downs and 30 butt kick jumps... This takes a tremendous amount of stamina... I did my abs in between sets of these to get a small rest... After this 4 set circuit I did another butt kick jump circuit of 4 sets of 30 with 30 second rest intervals.... This is a very beneficial circuit and I felt like very lean after completing the circuit. These are shredder circuits for sure and I try to do them as often as I can...

So today was shoulders and traps day. I was feeling really strong after cardio and was definitely going after some PR's today...

Superset: Standing barbell shoulder press - 150 x10, 150 x10, 150 x10, 155x10
Standing dumbbell bent arm lateral raise (5 second negatives) 35x10, 35x10, 35x10, 35x10

Superset: Barbell shoulder push - 115x10, 115x10, 120x10, 125x10
Dumbbell shrugs - 145x10, 145x10, 150x10, 150x10

Cable high row: 177x10, 189x10, 189x10, 189x10

Superset: Cable straight arm overhead shoulder pullover - 70 x10, 75x10, 80x10, 85x10
Dumbbell arnold shoulder press- 65x10, 65x10, 65x10, 70x10

Bodymaster rear delt: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

So I started off hard at 150 on standing barbell shoulder presses. This our tough to do nice and controlled... I was able to get up to 155 the last set which was my previous PR...

The bent arm lateral raise negatives are just awesome. The vascularity that I see on these is truly amazing.... These are hardcore on the traps and really had me pumped up...

The barbell shoulder push is really beast mode on the shoulders. I started with my previous PR of 115 and was able to get up to 125. I let out a pretty good yell on my last set of these but got up all 10...

I set a PR on dumbbell shrugs at 150 today. This is the max weight of dumbbells in the gym and it was a nice accomplishment for me on shrugs...

Next I did cable high rows. I have to add weight to the cables on these because it only goes to 150... I did these with only 30 seconds in between each set because I really wanted to work my traps hard...

I tried something new next with the overhead straight arm shoulder pullovers. These really worked my shoulders nicely and I will definitely be using this exercise more often in my workouts.

I finally broke my PR on arnold shoulder presses. I have been stuck on this for months and finally got 70 x 10. It was more impressive to me because I did it after my shoulders were completely burnt out from everything else... I was very happy with this one...

I finished with rear delts on the bodymaster pec machine... 150 x 10 for all of four sets. This was a strong finish for me to a very productive workout...

I am very happy with how the workout went today. I also feel more lean today and feel like I am holding a bit less water. I am trying to get a much lean mass as I can and after post cycle therapy (pct) I will shred it to no end! Hopefully I will be able to keep most of the size minus the water. I don't see this as being a problem at all... I have an extensive post cycle therapy (pct) planned and then a mega bridge stack set up as well... This is my last week of ultradrol and trenazone and then I have two weeks left of anavar and proviron. I am just going to keep pushing harder and harder and make as much progress as I can each and every day. I look at every day as a chance to get better and better and try to accomplish something excellent each day. All feedback appreciated!!

I ALSO HAVE NEW PICS FROM TODAY... THIS WILL SHOW SOME OF THE PROGRESS...

Day 38 - Pushing through on a lack of sleep!!

So today started off rough as I anticpated. I closed at work last night and didn't get to bed until nearly 12:45 and had to get up at 4:45 for a ridiculous 4 hour meeting at work this morning... I definitely was feeling the effects of this on my way to the gym... My eating schedule was off, I was tired and I just felt heavy and tired... So I did about 4x the amount of stims I should be doing and manned it up and went HARDCORE...

My goal today was to go as hard as physically possibly (which it is everyday) but even more so because I was so worn out... I hit the cardio hard... I did the elliptical for 50 minutes on level 8 for 6.5 miles. Then I went to the stairclimber for 2.75 miles on level 13 for 20 minutes. After that I did 4 sets of up downs, 25 each set. These are so tough when you do them at the end of a cardio session like that but they are the ultimate for shredding... For me, when I do incorporate these, the benefits are awesome...

So today was back and triceps. I had an extremely good workout today and although tired was feeling very strong!

Superset: Single-arm dorsi flexor machine - 150x10, 165x10, 180x10, 180x10

Dumbbell overhead tricep extension - 110x10, 110x10, 110x10, 115x10

Tripleset: Wide-grip seated cable row - 200x10, 210x10, 210x10, 220x10

Hanging dips - 25, 25, 25, 30

Overhead power medicine ball throws - 3 sets 20, 20, 20

Superset: Cable rope tricep extensions (10 second negatives) - 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

Single-arm cable rope back extension - 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

Superset: Standing lat pull-down - 180x10, 180x10, 180x10, 180x10

Lower back extension- 45x12, 45x12, 45x12

TRX band tricep extension - 12, 12, 12, 12

So I started off on the dorsi flexor machine which is like a seated butterfly row. I like to do it single arm to really isolate each side of my back and I was doing it at a very high weight for single arm. It definitely had my back feeling shredded...

I superset that with dumbbell overhead tricep extensions. I set a PR on these at 115 x 10. I could have done more on this but my finger was gashed up pretty good and my thumb was kind of bothering me so I did not want to push it...

The triple set I did next was definitely great. I started off on PR weight for wide grip rows... My previous PR was 190 and I STARTED on 200... I ended up getting to 220 completely smashing my previous PR... I superset this with regular hanging dips on sets of 25 and finishing on 30 and also superset with overhead powerball medicine ball throws with a 10lb. medicine ball for sets of 20. My triceps and back were burning after this...

Next superset was definitely tough. I did max weight on the cable for both exercises... I really worked my triceps doing 10 second negatives on rope tricep extensions. 10 second negatives are no joke! They work great though!

I superset these with single arm cable rope back extensions at max weight of 150. These were very tough as my triceps were burning and my back was definitely gettting a bit fatigued but I pushed through!

Next superset was standing lat pulldowns and weighted back extensions. I like to mix in standing lat pulldowns sometimes as opposed to always doing them seated. I really feel like it works the back extra. I superset these with back extensions with a 45lb. plate...

I finished strong on the TRX bands. I did all my sets with only 30 seconds in between each set and that had my triceps really going! This was a great finish to an excellent workout...

I was really thrilled with my ability to push through my workout today with how fatigued I was going into it. I really made great progress today and felt great throughout the day. I am very happy with the progress today and am really looking forward to making more progress... I am going harder and harder everyday! All feedback appreciated!!
