Day 39 - Another bench press PR!!

So today I definitely was not feeling my best. I felt sick to my stomach pretty much from the jump today. I am not really sure what caused this today but it really sucked.

I did finally get my new running shoes today so it was back to running again and that was absolutely wonderful for me!

So I started off on the treadmill today and still was experiencing slight pain in the shin at the beginning but after I got going it subsided... I did a 45 minute circuit on the treadmill today... I started off at 8.5 mph running... I did 5 minutes then went immediately to 12.0 mph and did sprints... 5 sprints for 30 seconds then rest 30 then immediately switched back to 8.5 mph and running... I did this for 45 minutes... that was five running circuits and four sprinting circuits. I was definitely sweating like crazy... Next I went to the elliptical for 30 minutes for 3.75 miles on level 8... I felt so much more cut being able to run again... Even with all the cardio I do, running just makes me cut more... Its always good to mix in the other cardio elements, but my body responds the most to running...

Today I did chest and biceps and definitely felt that I was going to have a strong workout and I definitely had another strong one...

Bench press: 220x10, 225x10, 230x10, 235x10

Superset: Dumbbell bench press: 105x10, 105x10, 105x10, 105x10
Alternate arm dumbbell side arm hammer curls: 45x10, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10

Superset: Simotaneous incline dumbbell curls: 50x10, 55x10, 55x10, 55x10
Bodymaster pec machine - 150x10, 170x10, 170x10, 180x10

Cable single arm reverse curl: 55x10, 55x10, 55x10, 60x10

Cable simotaneous chest raises: 85x10, 85x10, 85x10, 85x10

Alternate arm cable curls: 75x10, 75x10, 75x10, 75x10

So today was a very strong workout for me. My strength increase continues to amaze me and everyday is something new for me in terms of the amount of strength I have...

As you all know, I was stuck on my bench press for months and now, finally, the past month I have increased my PR by 20lbs!! I set a new PR at 235x10 today. I felt absolutely awesome accomplishing this and it had me so pumped up!

After all of that effort I was still able to do all 4 sets of dumbbell bench right after the regular bench press at 105 x10...

I superset this with alternate arm side arm hammer curls. The vascularity that I saw on this exercise was unlike any I have ever seen on myself before. It was fcking crazy!

Next I superset incline hammer curls and the pec machine. I was doing very controlled hammer curls and doing them on an incline just rips up the biceps... I also pushed very hard on the pec machine, getting up to 180 x 10...

Next I did single arm cable reverse curls. These really shaped my biceps nicely and were definitely tough...

The cable chest raises were very tough and I actually started on PR weight. I did all four sets at 85 x 10 and this was a PR for me...

I finished with alternate arm cable curls. I have never done them this way but I really felt they were extremely effective and I will continue to incorporate this exercise into my workout...

Even though I had an extremely upset stomach today, I was able to push through and really accomplish a lot... I felt a lot lighter today and much more shredded and my strength increase was excellent... I am so happy with the way today went although my stomach is still upset... I am going to get some good rest and set some more PR's tomorrow! This was an excellent workout and has me excited to keep moving forward... All feedback appreciated!!

i will admit u are lean, well done on that front... but nowhere near 6% like u say

lastly... this is a "cycle" forum which means a "steroid cycle"... not this "half-ass" prohormone mess u got going

lolllll

I thought UD was a legal steroid because it does not require conversion but directly binds to androgen receptors? just like Epi and SD (correct me if I'm wrong) so in fact they are not technically pro-hormones...either way when you compare these "half-ass" pro-hormones on a mg:mg comparison to orals like anavar or OT they provide very comparable results..

Day 40 - Hardcore shoulder day!!

So today I had the same nauseau that I had the day before... My body felt sore all over and I was sweating throughout the night... This leads me to believe I am coming down with something but you know me, I don't give a fck, Im hitting the gym...

Cardio was very tough today and I really knew I was getting sick... I sweat so much today that it was insane and between that and the soreness, those are the signs I get from my body when I am getting something... I started off with a 20 minute circuit on the treadmill... 5 minute run at 8.5 mph followed by 5 sprints of 30 seconds a piece on 12.0 mph and then the run and sprint session again... I immediately went to the stairclimber for 25 minutes on level 13 for 3.5 miles... Then I immediately went to the bathroom to throw up... I grabbed a quick drink of water and went right to the elliptical machine for 30 minutes on level 8 for 3.75 miles... Yes, I threw up and went straight back to cardio... I don't waste a day in the gym... Sick or not, I am going to do whatever I can to make progress...

So today was shoulders and traps and I hit them hard and I did a lot of knew exercises today that were extremely beneficial...

Superset: Dumbbell shoulder press - 85 x10, 90x10, 90x10, 90x10

Standing dumbbell straight arm lateral HOLDS- 25 lb. dumbbells 4 sets of 30 sec.

Superset: Seated dumbbell simotaneous reverse lateral raise - 25x10, 30x10, 35x10, 40x10

Dumbbell incline alternate arm bent arm lateral raise - 55x10, 55x10, 55x10, 55x10

TRX band shoulder extension - 12, 12, 12, 12 30 second rest in between sets

Seated dumbbell shrugs - 120x10, 120x10, 120x10, 120x10

Single arm cable high row - 85x10, 85x10, 85x10, 90x10

Cable single arm side grip shoulder press - 90x10, 90x10, 90x10, 90x10

So I started off with a really hardcore superset.... My dumbbell shoulder press is pretty impressive and I always get people at the gym watching me... 90 x 10 is my PR on it and I did three sets on that weight... The only reason I couldn't get to 95 today is because of the superset exercise I did with it...

I superset it with standing dumbbell lateral holds... Basically I hold 25lb. dumbbells in a straight arm lateral raise position for 30 seconds... This is so fcking difficult... Once you hit about 15 seconds you definitely want to drop them but I held on for all four sets... My shoulders were on fcking fire after this superset...

Next I tried another new exercise... I normally do seated dumbbell forward lateral raises but instead I did them backwards... This is one of the most effective trap workouts I have ever done... I was a little off on my weight for these as I started a bit low but these worked my traps so much... These are highly effective...

I superset them with alternate arm bent arm incline lateral raises... These were just tough... Doing alternate arms on an incline at this weight was so tough... I still pushed through all four sets...

Next I went to the TRX bands and did 4 sets of shoulder extensions... Basically you fall forward and pull yourself up using your shoulders only... I timed my rest period for 30 seconds in between each set and I am telling you that my shoulders were looking crazy huge after this...

Then I went to seated dumbbell shrugs... I started on PR weight of 120 x10... doing this weight seated is so tough but it works the traps so well...

Next I did single arm cable high rows... This is a nice way to mix up the high rows and it definitely is a great exercise...

I finished with single arm side grip cable shoulder presses... I like the tension that is used on the cables for these and its nice to mix up the different kind of shoulder presses that are used...

Today's workout was definitely a success for so many reasons... I pushed through even throwing up and made great progress... I incorporated new exercises that were highly effective and even being sick, my strength was still hgih... I also feel much more lean and shredded the past few days and that gives me an overall better attitude... I only have two days left of ultradrol and trenazone and then it will be anavar and proviron ran alone for the rest of the cycle... I am going to continue to work harder and harder and shred myself as much as I can!! I want to be right at 200 with 6% or less body fat... I think I can definitely achieve this... I will do whatever it takes to get it! All feedback appreciated!!

thanks brother... ya know i love ya man... thanks for your support!

Day 41- Setting PR's with the flu... Yeah, with the flu!

Just in case you didn't read the title to today's workout, it says it all... I set PR's today with the flu... I woke up this morning and my head was fcking pounding... I felt like I had the worst hangover known to man minus the alcohol! I NEVER call in sick to work and I had to call in today... My entire body ached from top to bottom and I could barely get out of bed... However, I still went to the gym today and made some big progress...

As you can imagine, cardio was not fun today... My head was spinning and I just felt sick from the start... My endurance took a hit today feeling the way I did but I pushed through... I started with 20 minutes on the elliptical on level 8 for 2.5 miles... I immediately went to the stairclimber for 30 minutes on level 13 for 4.25 miles. Then I went back to the elliptical again for another 20 minutes on level 8 for another 2.5 miles. I finished with the stationary bike for 10 minutes on level 8 for 3 miles. I managed to get all of that in, and I only puked once... In between the switching from the stairclimber back to the elliptical I got sick but once I got it out of my system I felt much better...

So after cardio I was feeling pretty tired but I had it in my mind that I was going to tear it up on the weights, regardless of how I felt and I definitely did!! I went hardcore...

Today was back and triceps and I went right after a PR off the jump and it was a 15lb. increase on a PR right off the jump... I am very happy I made myself do this today because I truly accomplished a lot...

Superset: Close grip bench press - 215x10, 220x10, 225x10, 230x10
Diamond grip tricep push ups on medicine ball - 25, 25, 25, 25

Superset: Weighted dips: 135x20, 135x20, 135x20, 135x20
Standing overhead curl bar tricep extension - 110x10, 110x10, 110x10, 110x10

Superset: Close grip lat pulldown - 200x10, 200x10, 210x10, 220x10
Single-arm inverted grip rotary upper back - 220x10, 235x10, 250x10, 250x10

Superset: Single-arm cable straight arm back pull-overs - 70x10, 75x10, 75x10, 80x10
Lower back extensions - 45x12, 45x12, 45x12

Superset: TRX band lay down back pull-ups - 12,12,12,12 (30 second rests)
Overhead powerball throw - 20,20,20

I started off with close grip bench and started off at my previous PR weight... It felt so light to me and I was able to continue to move up and set a new PR of 230x10... That's a 15 lb. increase from my last PR that was 2 weeks ago... To me, that's an amazing increase! What makes it even more of an accomplishment is that I was supersetting this with diamond grip tricep pushups on the medicine ball so my triceps were on fire! If I was not supersetting, there is no doubt in my mind I could have done more...

Next superset I moved on the weighted dips... This just looks insane because I take two benches and move them apart. Then I take three 45lb. plates and actually load them onto my legs myself while holding myself up split apart on benches... Then I do sets of 20 of these... My fcking triceps looked like they were going to explode in the mirror...

I superset this with standing curl bar tricep extensions... 110 is very strong for these and my triceps were looking great!

Next I superset close grip lat puldowns and single arm inverted grip rotary upper back extensions... I like to mix up my grips on all my back workouts because it hits all the different areas of the back... I hit max weight on the rotary back machine on single arm inverted grips... That is amazing on this machine...

The next superset was single arm straight arm cable back pullovers and lower back extensions... I have not done cable pullovers in quite some time so they worked my back nicely... Doing them straight armed at that weight is pretty impressive...

I finished with TRX band pull ups from the lay down position and overhead medicine ball power throws. As usual, on my TRX exercises, I only take 30 second rests in between sets and it just works so well...

This workout was such a great success all the way around. There are very very few that would have even attempted to go to the gym in the condition that I was in this morning but I pushed through it and made it very worthwhile. I am so happy with the progress and am hoping that I feel back to full strength soon... I look at every single day as a chance to make progress and I want to take advantage of this as much as possible... All feedback appreciated!!

I'm impressed by your commitment to continuous improvement and by your ability to keep such a detailed log. Thanks for sharing it.

Great to hear you didn't get some nasty shit that puts you down for a week lol. Still don't understand you and cardio, you killed it more with the flu than I do on a normal day. Although I'm starting to get into it a lil more, actually feeling kind of euphoric like when I lift.

No PR but your bench has improved a ton bro nice work. You keep reps pretty high, how have your joints been feelin?
