My workout

I shoulda gone today. Gym is only open for 9 more mins, think I can make it?
 
Im switching to a 5 day a week volume training routine, something I have honestly never given a fair shot. I'm not talking crazy volume, just higher reps than I've been doing. Training for size, if you will.

Anyways today was leg day

Squats 225lb 2X15 (I was going for 20 but I was so out of breath and sweaty I had to cut it short on both sets, predictable considering I haven't gone over 10 reps with any weight on squats in a long time)
Leg Press 4plates/side 1X20 (I used a very narrow footing on these, and I was dead from squats)
Calf Raises DC Style 4plates/side 1X10 (Did these on leg press machine, very slow eccentric and concentric, 15up, 5 down. wrecked my calfs)

And thats all folks

At least 2 months. See what kind results I get. I'm gonna start dieting around that point. Will probably lower the voluem and go back to strength at that point.
 
How much you weighin in at and whats your target goal for the future? like what weight do youw ant to weigh and what bf?

I'm like 215-220, BF in high teens.

Ultimately I'd like to be 230-240 @ like 12%. I'm 5'10.5" btw

That's heavy IM, nice work. I'm going for the same thing, 240 @ 12-15%, i'm 5'10.5 too.

DB Bench 80lb 1X13 1X17
Dips BW 2X8 (Haven't done these in a long time, used to be one of my best exercises, I think I did BW + 110lb @205lb :()
DC Stretch 50lb Dumbell
Band Pushdown 2X10

Thanks JT, form the looks of your avatar you're pwning me. And I can no longer use the old "Yeah but he's a midget" excuse, lol.
 
I think some volume might be just what the dr. ordered. I'm a fan of low volume but your volume is almost nonexistant lol.
 
I was in a hurry last night. But for me, that is kinda high volume, lol.
 
Squats 385X2, 405X1
Leg Press 8plates/side+#4 band 1X10, 1X12
Calfs DC style on leg press 5plates/side+#4band 2X5 reps (15second up, 5 down, loaded stretch at end of set)
 
BTW that was a PR for me.

Like I said, it was all mental. Stay tuned, this number is gonna be going up in the next while :)
