you gotta be rippin through calories with all that work your doing?

dunno, i'll add that shit up tonight if i can. i'm curious as well

yes, yes i do.
but i want to be able to not just do it myself, but get my family involved as well.
at the turn of the yr, i should almost be debt free (minus a few things like car payment and insurance)...so me and the wife will look into the team Quest you recomended and soem other local clubs/martial art studio's

i believe team quest has a couple gyms in ur area.
better to go with a big named place with a reputation. u want someone who knows their shit teaching you. less likely to get injured that way.

good point, i did some inter-google-web lookin in our area and it seems that portland is a big name place for MMA and traditional martial arts in general. but i see your concern for proper training so that will be a concideration we take in also when we go out to look.

not too far about 26 min out

that's the place to train then. no need to search.
i have family in oregon. you can get in good there, and get me a couple passes to train while i'm ther evisiting. :afro:

thats the only reason your :afro: ass wants me to get a member ship there...LOL

i've trained at the one in cali before. got my ass handed to me. a few of the best fighters in the work train there.

i read there web site...it seems as if every one but my 18month old would be able to train there.

they even have classes for 4yr olds (nice)..my middle son is a HS wrestler and gymnist in the making...very athletic for his age
