Ok so here it goes! I kinda had a mental relapse and did incline's 10, 8,6,4,2 where as like week I did 8,6,4,2 I won't let that happen again lol. So when I attempted 285 I lifted without assistance but got just above half way then partner had to assist. I'm still happy cause I know it's close. All in all one hell of a chest tri day today!!
Chest:
Incline barbell presses: 155lbs x 10, 185lbs, x 8, 205lbs x 6 225lbs x 4, 285 x 70% max effort.
incline db presses: 65lbs x 10,10,10
smith machine bench flat: 185lbs x 10,10,10
high pulley cable crossoevers: 60lbs x 10,10,8
peck deck: 137.5lbs x 10,10,10
triceps:
machine dips: 120lbs x 10,10,8
rope pressdowns super set with reverse curls 120lbs on both x 3 sets of 10,10,10 woo woo feel the burn baby
v bar pressdowns: 130lbs x 10,10,10 PR!!!
