Right now 225 to 227 give or take. I wanted to be doing lot more cardio and bought me some running shoes Brooks beast, then mess my calf up, but I think in a couple weeks I can do mild walking. I see an Endo soon as well.
 
Ok so lil bit of the d still left from the stomach bug lol this morning but felt 100 percent better this afternoon. Out of my pwo but like I said I spoke so much of Craze that the gym now carries it and you can get a scoop for a $1 I wanted to hit it big tonight since missing some days, but didn't know how well my strength would be. Well lets just say a pr's in this.

Chest:

smith machine barbell presses: 185lbs x 10, 205, 8, 225, 5, 275 x 1 rep PR!!!!

Now bare in mind I hit 350 flat bench at 21 but that was 12 yrs ago and at 170lbs. This 275 is from the new Tommy and I'm really stoked. For a side note NO SHOULDER PAIN AT ALL!!!!!

Incline db presses: 55lbs x 10,10,10

cable machine high pulley cross overs: 50lbs x 10,10,10

triceps:

machine dips 105lbs x 12,12,12

Today hit up an early biceps session, since son's bday party this afternoon. My oldest is now 11!!!!!! and I'm only 32 wth was I thinking lol. I did a new exercise for me today, where I saw my friend do them. Im not sure what there called, but figured incline bench db curls. All I know is they hurt!!

Biceps:

Alt db curls: 35lbs x 10,10,10

standing ez bar curls: 70lbs x 10,10,10

standing incline bench db curls, done just like a preacher curl atl db. 30lbs x 10,10,10

Oh my good night!! Ok so today easy day at work low key studying for my phase III test. Went to gym this afternoon, and been finishing my decimate, alphamine already gone, and had a sample of Prodigy that came in my Orbit order. It was blue something and taste was 8/10 cause I like fruit punch but no matter the taste it's if it works that counts. I be dang if with in minutes I had them tingles all over and boom I was lit up. Partner and I did chest and tri's and push so much man it hurt but felt so damn good.

Dog tired today at work just flat worn out lol. Almost didn't wanta go today but sucked it up and took a pwo that I had come in from Orbit. Then went straight to work. Hit up shoulders!

Today felt like zzzz at work. Worked outside for 3 hrs straight was dog tired lol. Still chugging along and hit up back and biceps tonight. I got there and started without partner but he showed up 15 mins after. He wanted to add bi's in with back so I said get ready lol

Ok so last couple days left of decimate, and have to say this stack is killer. My strength has shot up a good bit with having new training partner to push me as well. Last couple days had softball torney, wedding, and was sick as a dog last 3 days. I went to dr, and had a right ear infection and sinus infection. My eyes were as red as Crimson tide jersey's. They gave me 2 shots and one was methypreginsone that hurt like pure hell lol. Anyway today felt better even though still congested and eyes still burning red. I decided to lift shoulders down stairs at home.

Shoulders:

standing db lat raises: 15lbs x 10,10,10

seated barbell military presses: 75lbs x 10,10,10 first time doing these in about 7 years. no shoulder pain good note

Tomorrow back to softball then Tuesday chest n tri's packers goes for 285 on inclines!!
 
Ok so here it goes! I kinda had a mental relapse and did incline's 10, 8,6,4,2 where as like week I did 8,6,4,2 I won't let that happen again lol. So when I attempted 285 I lifted without assistance but got just above half way then partner had to assist. I'm still happy cause I know it's close. All in all one hell of a chest tri day today!!

Well after weekend off and softball yesterday back it today. Bad thing is my workout partner couldn't make it, but good thing is I've gone now from a pant size of 44, 42, 40, now to a freaking 38!!!!! My goal is 34/36 but I didn't realize i'd lost that much fat til I kept running out of pants that fit. Anyway hit chest and tri's today. Didn't hit anything heavy without my bud there but had one of the most intense workouts none the less.

Chest:

Felt good today, but yet one I got to gym, after voting just didn't seem to have it. I hit my right side truck door up against a short block wall from the road. Well not hit it but brush into and cause some paint job damage and bent in the material. So I was lil upset at that. But just didn't have the strength today on chest/tri day like normal. Still I put out the best I could and gave it my all.

Man today was slow at work but got off early! I hit gym around 6 and workout for over hr and them sum. I didn't want to stop lifting. I kept trying to figure out what I hadn't done yet, and now my arms are dying!!!! I hit back and biceps!

After some upper respiratory crap for last couple days, I finally hit the gym again. I felt great and was pumped. I'm trying to figure out why some weeks I can get 275 on inclines then next couple weeks I felt like 250 would be the max. Maybe I need to change something up.

Ok so good quick day at work. Pay day so paid bills lol as always. Went to book store get the new muscle and fitness mag and grabbed a white chocolate mocha skim milk, extra shot of experreso and not syrup. Went to the house shower and headed to the gym. Forget I drank the Mocha and took a serving of PNI Prodigy!! All I can say is a crack head couldn't out crack me at this point. FIRE!!!!!!!!!! BOOM BOOM BOOM lol

Oh snap crackle pop boom boom click. Help me out some one there's a freak on the loose!! lol What a crazy last two days. I got started on Adipex by my Dr, and had to half the pill this morning after yesterday's 18 hrs of intense I don't wanta sit on my A$$ day. My wife thought I was on meth haha. I went to hit shoulders up today and had a very good workout in volume wise for me. Shoulder's are my weak point.
