Man work let us out at lunch today, so I got's to get me an early gym time in. What a frigging pump too. With in the first few minutes I started off then it went ignition time and had a blast.

Chest:

incline barbell bench press: 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 3

incline db presses: 60 lbs x 8,8,8

cable crossovers: 50lbs x 10,10,10

pec deck: 125lbs x 20,20

Triceps:

machine dips: 120lbs x 12,12,12

v bar press downs super set with reverse high pulley cable bar press downs 120 lbs on both x 12,12,12

seated over head db ext: 60lbs x 10,10
 
Today hit up some biceps after going to lunch with the Mrs. She had to be in at work around 4 this morning and again tomorrow from 645am to 530 pm!! Continue to have some really solid pumps.

Biceps:

seated db curls atl: 40lbs x 8,8,8

spider curls: 35lbs x 10,10,10

high pulley cable curls: 50lbs x 10,10,10

seated preacher machine curls: 70lbs x 10,10,10

standing barbell curls: 45 lb bar x 20,20
 
Hit back today and felt really good. Pumps are still going strong and endurance is getting much better.

Back:

close grip high pulley pull downs to chin: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

db rows: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

machine rows: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

reverse lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

smith machine barbell rows: 135 lbs x 8,8,8
 
Well today my gym partner had to leave early so instead of chest and tri's we just did chest. Tomorrow I'll be in a one pitch softball tourney. We were done for the year a couple weeks ago, but a good friend of mine and a lot of the players that play league, had his truck fall on him while he was under neath working on it. Some how the jack came out. This happen on Thanksgiving day, and he was air lifted to UAB. They said possible paralyzed but then after surgery so far he can wiggle his toes and feel both feet so good signs. Anyway the tourney will be all proceeds going to his family.

Ok so last couple days been sleepy and worn slap out. All i can say is as soon as that freaking Prodigy kicked in it was like all the zzzzz went away and I was woke up fired up! I'm really loving this stuff. Today hit up shoulders and tri's. Not our usual mix as it's usually chest and tri's.

Shoulders

Machine shoulder presses: 100 lbs x 8,8

standing front db raises: 20 lbs x 8,8,8

db shrugs: 70 lbs x 12,12,10

lat machine pull downs: 150 lbs x 10,10,10

db shoulder presses: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

triceps

machine dips: 120 lbs x 12,12,12

rope press downs: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

v bar press downs: 120 lbs x 12,10 150 lbs x 10 PR

high pulley reverse cable pull downs: 110 lbs x 15,15,12
 
I haven't started a new actual log until I get some stuff plan. I have been using the New PNI prodigy pwo. That stuff is wicked strong man. Days when I'm dead tired as soon as taking the serving I become a different person. Today for example long arse day at work. Almost didn't want to go. Took my Prodigy and blasted legs for first time in a long time.

Legs:

lying leg curls: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

leg presses: 4 plates x 8, 6 plates x 8,8

seated leg ext: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

body lunges: 3 sets each with each set walking to and back as one set.

trap bar dead lifts: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 8
 
Long and I mean longgggg day at work. I swear if it weren't for pwo and a gym partner I'd tap out. Manage to hit gym today for biceps!!

Biceps:

seated alt db curls" 35 lbs x 10,10,10 the 40's was taken :(

spider db curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8

high pulley cable curls: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

seated machine preacher curls: 70 lbs x 10,10,10
