The thing I agree about the most is that you learn the most about your body when you're not on gear. When natural every single pound of lean muscle you gain is through perfect training, dieting, and rest. The WORST thing anyone can do is walk up to the biggest and most juiced out guy in the gym and ask him how he got big. Being on juice makes things easier than being natural and your body will respond much more favorably. The reason we recommend 5 plus years of natural training prior to juicing is because not only do you gain muscle maturity, psychological maturity, and tendon and ligament strength, but you gain the knowledge about your body. It's incredibly important to know how your body responds to different types of training prior to using AAS to maximize your time on.

o.k. bro i got love for ya cause your a fellow devil dog...but im sorry bro..i dont see the slightest bit of a taper in your back..no muscle definition at all in your back...your triceps are pretty much nonexistant...no striations ..arms are small...now ive seen you blame your camera for this..you blamed your arms for being too long..and the bad lighting ...dude there is something seriously wrong with your diet and training...its not your camera...and putting up update pics 2 weeks after your original pics is useless..wait 6 months before you put update pics up so we can see ifs theres a true differance..im not hating on ya bro..just being honest with ya...

Ouch!!! A little harsh, but very true... you can only make so many excuses before you have to realize you need to make some VAST improvements on your body. You want to roll with the big boys, and thats ok, but know this much... it takes a fuck load of time and energy to do so.

hey man, it's no big deal. i appreciate you telling me the truth rather than lieing to me. i don't claim to be a monster, im just on the road like everybody else. trying to get my goal to get bigger faster and stronger!!! all I can do is take in information and keep at it even harder, and thats what im doing.

as for the definition, i don't really have any right now lol due to the water weight and my current BF% it's pretty much non visible. my arms are weird man, they're long but have good mass to them, they just appear that way from these shots, i'll have to get some newer photos.

I couldn't agree more with this entire post. Everyone thinks that high volume is the only way to go. I was the same way until I injured myself and decided to cut back on my volume and I grew like crazy....

Me too. When I started doing pullinbigs routine on here I cant stop growing. I was stuck at 220ish several yrs. back now Im sitting at 280. Funny the only guys I see grow in my gym go low volume high intensity. Treat training like you would treat banging a big girl, get in, hit it hard and get out!

yes ur arms r long but in time they will fill out, i would stretch ur arms before ur workout to. u have the basement now just add on from here. looking good though.
