ok ok i know i went a little overboard with the posing but honostly i feel great im sitting at 191 lbs and about 11 weeks in. ive never been this big and am just proud so if you think im vein or cocky your prob right.

wheels are small cuz i screwed up some tendons in my knee's in the military so i take it easy with them. i recently found some excersizes that dont hurt so hopefully i'll be gettin some size on em now.

im having prob with my chest not growing the way i want I seem to lack definition but hey its work in progress.

well i read my bf on one of those hand held things so and it said something like high 9% but im sure if i got a water test done it would be more like 11 or 12.

What i did is called around and got a DEXA scan(local clinic/colleges/hostiptols/dr's offices) I payed $120. Water tank is some bullshit bro, trust me. Anyways, the above is the most acurate. Then u can cross reference w your handhelds from now on and be within 1-3%.
 
14 inch calves, 17 inch arms? thats fucked up lol. u better start destroying ur calves. pumped and on-cycle (water-weight) i got up to 19" arms and 18" calves. and my bf is definately less than urs.

ive been doing good eating but my work schedule throws me off so its hard to maintain eating every 2 hours. but i'll work harder at it bro. surprisingly i lessend the shake intake during this cycle and im not growing as much I only do one shake right after the gym but before i would do 2 - 3 a day cuz i was in school and its hard to just walk out during class and eat but i grew like a monster. should i stay with the one shake or try drinking more?

ya it was towards the end of a 9 week cycle. probably week 7. so my water weight was probably at a peak and everything.

but u just wanna make sure u are hitting ur legs hard so u can avoid ppl saying "ur all upper body" and chicken legs and shit. i love going to parties and if someone says "ok but what about ur legs?" i've literally dropped my pants in the middle of everybody and flexed my quads. im confident and i know not many ppls legs look like mine so its fun. ppl always get a kick out of it, "i cant believe u actually dropped ur pants" lol. im like i dont care. im not ashamed of anything.

i just do a protein shake right after i work out with creatine. but if i have one during the day i mix it with one cup of oatmeal or if its breakfast and i cant find anything i mix my protein with my oatmeal. its actually really good i use the muscle milk cake batter one. but ive been limiting myslef to just the occasional one for breakfast and one post w/o

lol thats awasome man! your moivating me even more. lol I just fel like my weels will never be massive cuz of my knee problems but i think i might start looking into wraps and see if those help. do you use wraps?

Im not to partial to them either it was a spur of the moment military thing when me and a bunch of my budies got tatts. I wouldnt go as far as gay though its not like there unicorns fucking on my chest with a rainbow behind it. but if you want to be a douche then to each there own i guess. and I didnt get them with intentions of trying to impress you or anyone else it was something I liked at the time. :cum:

Your biggest concern after you work out isnt protein, Its a simple sugar. You want your PWO shake to be at a 3 to 1 ratio of carbs and protein. If you are not completly strapped for cash (like most ppl are right now) head over to true protein and go to there custom formulas page. Have them make you a powder of either 66% maltodextrin or dextrose, and 33% whey iso.

What I actully do sometime is like 60% malto, 30% whey and 10% BCAAs.



*Assuming you dont know this already (or else you wouldnt be just taking in protein PWO)

Your body is at its most anabolic state when you have worked out hard and your muscles are looking for nutrients and when your insulin is spiked. This scenario puts your body in the most anabolic state it can be in.

Say you have half of the equation (the working out part) now within 30 minutes of working out you want to spike that insulin. Not only will that shuttle all the glucose into the cells of the muscle, but it will also shuttle anything else that is with it. Think, BCAAs, Protein, creatine, glutamine, etc.

Your PWO shake should be a BBers most important meal of the day hands down. Fuck breakfast. If your PWO nutrition aint on point, you WILL be lagging.
