thanks guys...supposed to be hitting the legs today but feeling a touch of the flu...so maybe tomorrow...will decide later.

Calf work, hammie work...just beat.
 
yeh, this cold really killed the squats...so i tried to make up for it on the leg press. Just trying to get used to the belt, it's a different feeling and thus far i'm unable to take advatage of what it has to offer.
 
Well, had a cold but decent despite that:

Cable flyes

DB shoulder press

Tight routine; high numbers. the sickness is always a pain in the ass when tryin to do right in the gym.
 
thanks guys...was sick enough to take the day off work yesterday. Will attempt a back workout tonight...deadlifts are to be in the routine.

Def try to get some time in tonight, but be cautious not to overdo it. Angry's right about the vit C and aqua; Or you could hit it hard and vomit the night away and you'll be like a demi-god for beastin it...your choice!
 
Yeh, i'm popping the extra vitamins. I'll take some ephedrine before the work to help me breathe too.

6 plates for 8 reps...just trying them out

Still weighing 206lbs...might up the calories again to put on a little more mass.

Thanks angry....just thought I'd post that I had a good night's sleep, no coughing or sneezing and no medicine. I think I'm almost over this cold.
