It's late, so no cardio. I remember making fun of people doing the over/under grip on bb row...but I couldn't get the straps to work with the reverse grip so I ended up doing the over/under for the 245# sets. This is my apology to those I criticized.

O, and picked up Borat from BB...will watch that tonight.

Have you ever tried both palms up on bent rows?

palms up means a reverse grip, right? It's early here so just making sure I'm reading right. But yeh, that's usually how i do my rows...the bar just rolls out at 245 and the straps weren't helping me much.

on that note...i bought straps and a belt yesterday and just the belt a little during yesterday's workout. Still getting used to it but may only use it on squat days..

do you squat down on your cleans?

nope. not at this weight at least. It's was more of a warm-up to get the blood flowing before the cleans. I am also know for a set of squats before getting into my working sets of flat bench...just gets the blood flowing.

You're right. Reverse grip is with palms up. I missed it.

thanks...and oh so late. lol!

well, i'm tending to my calf sore and it's really bad. my bad really. diet is fucked up too. stupid summer. no mood to eat. just wants to drink water
