Good for you aczech! But looks like I'm going to be left behind on #s! My nuts are working at "full power" and it's not enough! :(

my legs are the weakest...i work them right up until the point of puking for all the years of 'skipping' the legs

weak legs? plz bro. I have the weakest legs here due to my abnormal thyroid...but i work against it...ARGH ARGH ARGH

conventinal squat and deadlift bro. I make myself work for it. Actually, as i've increased weight on the bench..my grip has widened and same goes for my squating...but still nowhere near a sumo-like stance.

well, that does it b/d/s = 285/425/295 totaling 1005lbs

*New goal for memorial day to get to the 1100lbs.

The above from 1-17-07...current numbers as below:
bench - 315
deadlift - 495
squat - 325
which puts me at 1145...guess i knocked the shit out of that goal. let's say 1200lbs club by the end of march for a new goal.
