Naw...i've ben in worse pain that i delt with myself. I'm not the kind to have to time to si in a doctor's office, even for an hour. I'll be all right, massage it, work it back in slowly, ya know.

yes but that could lead to more seriouse injury. but you know your body bro. i just dont wanna see ya get further injure your self and even be out longer from lifting or hitting sqts and such.

I hear ya guys...I've had stress fractures before...so painful. I'm not there yet but it feels close so i'll lay off (as that's all the doctor will recommend) and test the waters at a later time.

Appreciate the support!

mine would too after bench day. hit back and let them wrist get stretched out . do you have them wrist wraps for bench?? are they of any help?
 
i only use straps for heavy deadlifting or maybe burn-out pulldowns if grip is giving out.
