Winter how do you think you are going to keep doing those heavy deads w/o getting big traps? Are you going to stop doing those too because your traps make your shoulders look small?

How are you going to catch AZ? Your natty:) and you make better gains than some Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) users on this board. I'm just saying.
 
traps come with deads...really nothing you can do but throw up some bigger db presses to keep the shoulders in line.

Acz nice work man. and i too am looking to add some BA to my supp list.

I'm holding out on the BA for the short-time but i will be using once i gan give a fair evaluation. I've got this multi-phase creatine right now that seems to be pretty good. it's like seven types of creatine and i've lowered my daily dosage without losing ground, so i like thus far.

My traps are big, but I don't want them much bigger. I don't do any extra trap work because of that. I'm sure I can shrug a good amount of weight, but I like to bring out my shoulders more because they are lacking.

Sure, I'd like to have a big deadlift, but I'd like to have a nice sculpted body as well. And for the record, I am natural and it's an honor to be able to have better gains than some Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) users on this board. I don't know what it is that I'm doing to get these gains; my diet is very mediocre - it's been slacking lately. I guess I put 150% into every single workout in order to yeild the gains I want. Maybe that makes a difference.

Yes. I've been trying to do this, as well as more side laterals to bring out my medial delts.

I took some a few months off the barbell pressing...i'm greasing the groove and coming back stronger than ever. Maybe by year's end i'll be pushing a 365???? maybe

i am sorry winter, i probably tease you a little too much. no disrespect meant. IF you are natty, which i think is a heap of garbage, you should be very proud of your progress. Regardless of your natty status, you are still an exceptional lifter in my book. The one deadlift video with the spotter behind you was questionable but other than that, very solid.

haha...elegant worded. I keep telling myself he's got some sick genetics...i know i sure as hell don't. I think i missed the questionable heterosexuality video.

I have stopped being spotted that way a long time ago haha. I learned that spot from one of my football coaches because people would always end up rounding their backs too much and he would push our chests up to straighten our backs out a bit. Guess it was a bad habbit - I dropped it after I watched the video and got some feedback on it.

I don't want to hijack Aczech's thread, but I still get bugged when people don't believe what I have to say about me and my steroid use - I have never used them in my life. I don't know how hard it is to understand. Maybe it's because we're over the internet or something and people don't take things seriously, but is it really that hard to believe that I can push myself to a different level in my lifting without steroids? You said you did start steroids a bit early and it's probable that you didn't reach your natural peak in lifting, but shit, no need to bash on me for making gains that seem like a stretch while being natural... Or is it because I'm young and you don't want to believe a youngster like me can put up that much weight when it took you so many years to get to where you are and several steroid cycles?

went home after work and passed out...no lift yesterday. will work on that today, maybe leave work early...maybe
