Probably missed by one minute more rest and by doing that 295 set. I rest about 3 minutes (one song) during my main lifts (bench, dead, squat) and about 2 minutes for the other sets. Sometimes only a minute if that first set felt light.

Thanks buddy, there's room for more weight. My back is a little sore from the last deadlift so i think i'll back off for a couple weeks before attempting over 505, better safe than sorry. Con'rg'ats on your deadlift, you'll be pulling the 500 plus anyday now.

Damn, you're only 5'8"?? nice weight for the height. Even though i'm taller and you'd think i had a longer ROM on the dead, i might have monkey arms that help me.. :insane2:

ya i've been cutting my rest periods lately, i'm kind of facinated by the training affect it has and how the body adapts to the shorter rest.

Monkey arms for me too! short and long arms is good for deadlift ;)
