did you ever think about running NPP rather than Deca??

NPP was not currently available although i would like to try someday.

Actually...i'll be buying some everclear tonight ;) I will wait and run it at the end though at this point.

I was thinking about running NPP as well sometime soon...

Living in NY I can't buy Everclear, so when making Clomid and Nolva I add it to Three Olives Grape, heat it in the microwave for about 20 seconds and that shit dissolves without any issue... Like any other homebrew, once the Nolva and Clomid melt down they stay dissolved... I would think that if the melting point of Anavar (var) is similar to that of Clomid and Nolva you could probably do the same thing

but if you have access to Everclear go crazy

yeh, same pin and combined. It doesn't get too dull.

npp is nandrolone phenylpropinate or something like that. It's a fast acting Deca ester.

I have used PEG300 and that worked alright and I bought a bunch of PEG600 like most non-alcohol recipes call for but somehow, for some reason the shit was a solid

Regular alcohol works fine like I said previously, but I would use the Grain if I could get it.

Two days later and my calves are what are killing me! I think I'd be able to get 24-30p on it if i really wanted to, i think.

11/23: Felt like shit, coming down with cold.

All sets and reps were like shit but it's okay, I'm just gonna call this period a deload and maybe toss in some GPP over the up-coming break.
 
bummer about the cold, man - i had one about 2 weeks ago - suks all you strength out. Still I felt better working out and getting a sweat going than sitting at home eating junk food (my old cure to the common cold...lol) Glad to hear your calves are blasted - I love that - so hard for me to really get them tweaked to that point. Glad to hear you have room for another 5-7 p on the press - hate to think the log would be tapped out so early - Hahahahaha BTW - what's up w/ the avi- dude? she's scary - from Stepford....maybe borrow one from MDS - he's always got the "primecuts" LOL

Notes: Test and Epistane are kicking in, strength and weight are going up. Taking two pumps of AIFM daily to keep water retention to a minimum. Looking for some real good things in week three as the ND starts playing its role. Only using slin on the days when I'm not working out after 7pm. I do not do abs on the days I intend to take slin as I am prone to think that'll lead to fat around the midsection. I could be wrong but I'm not going to chance it.

^^^^ Man - nice workout - 95's n the DB press for 10 is impressive! The speed bench & squat - is that a regular setup and you just stack on the plates or do you do it in a smith or other machine? BTW - glad to see you're over your cold - that was fast!
 
The speed work is on a normal setup. On the bench, I get the weight over my chest, take a deep breath and bang out three reps as fast as possible. On the box squat, I sit all the way on the box and then explode off it for two reps.
