Day 22 1-T Day 1 Epistane

Started the Epi today. Can't wait to see the muscles start to explode. Going 60mg/day split into 3 doses. I did 40 last time.

Upper body strength -

HS pin loaded incline press 80 per side x10 120 per side x10 150 (full stack) x10
wide grip overhand pullups bw x8 x10 x15 - felt my bicep twinge so I cut it short instead of going for 20+
lat pulldowns 195 x10 150 x20 - added in a little extra cause I couldn't max rep on pullups
Incline smith bench 225 x8 x10 x19
cable low row 150 x8 200 x8 250 x10 150 x22 - Didn't want to go up to 300, bicep was still not feeling right.
seated lateral raises 25's x10 32.5's x10 27.5's x12
superset w/ seated db shrugs 80's x10 100's x10 x15

Getting pretty sick of having to go light on back exercises. Otherwise feeling great. The epistane should help my bicep heal faster. I didn't get weighed in today but I will tomorrow.

First time you used epistane, tell me about it. LBM gains? Not weight, LBM. Strength go up.... Worth it? Explain
 
First off, I told you all about it the first time around, but you didn't pay attention because you don't pay attention. Anyway, the best way I can describe epistane is to say that it's how I picture Anavar to be even though I've never run Anavar. Muscles get hard, strength goes up, pumps are better, definition is better. It's not as anabolic as test, but it's not putting any water on either.

Weighed in an even 260 5 meals into my daily 9. I don't think I'll have a problem hitting my goal of 265+.

How many of those 9 meals are shakes? Would you mind giving a little info about your diet?

You don't sound too impressed by the 1-T or am I mistaken? Have you considered upping your 1-T dose to maybe 7 pumps, since you're not the typical 160 lbs gym rat?

MoM, I read a post of a guy who was on epistane and increased his BF pctg by 1 % yet gained 13 lbs. So thats what, a 11 lb LBM gain. How in the hell is that possible? Is it possible on this stuff? I cant wait to try it!

Lower body hypertrophy

vertical hack squat 3 plates per side x8 3 plates+25 x8 4 plates x8 4 plates+25 x8 5 plates x8
twisting crunches on tiny ab ball w/16 lb medicine ball at extension x12 x15 x20
superset w/ cybex seated calf press machine 255 x10 305 x10 355 x10
cambered bar overhead tricep extension 90 x10 100 x10 110 x20
superset w/ cambered bar curls/dropset cambered bar reverse curls 90 x8/70x8 100x8/70x8 110x10/60x10

Feeling strong but also very light headed after the workout.

I don't often drink more than one shake a day, usually none, but often times my pre and post workout meals are "liquid" meals consiting of either milk or protein, juice, and fruit. I'll post up everything I've eaten today once I finish.

The 1-T has been pretty underwhelming so far. Definintely no better than dermacrine was. I'm not going to up the dose because I want to have enough to run for the duration of the epistane.
 
MoM, how much money do you spend on food ED. I mean you are huge, and i know youve told me you eat 7-8 times a day which im sure are fairly large portions. How do you afford this/what do you eat?
 
Meal 1: 3/4 cup cottage cheese 3/4 cup oats 16 oz green tea

meal 2: 1 can tuna 16 oz gatorade 3/4 cup oats

meal 3: (post workout) 16 oz apple berry juice 24 oz 2% milk 1 large banana

meal 4: 1 can tuna 12 oz apple berry juice 1/2 cup oats

meal 5: half a shredded chicken/bean/rice burrito with a slice of jack cheese melted over it 16 oz 2% milk

meal 6: second half of burrito covered in salsa con queso 12 oz 2% milk

meal 7: eight chewy chips ahoy cookies 16 oz 2% milk

meal 8: honey smoked turkey breast sandwich with swiss cheese mayo and dijon on a hogie roll 16 oz green tea

Only did 8 meals today because I woke up at 2:30pm and am going to bed at 2:00am.

Btw, seated dumbell military press, for every other exercise i can go up in weight and hit 10-8-6, but for dumbell military i do 10-8-6 with the same weight, i cant go up, thoughts?

I don't drink much water, I drink it during my workouts and there's probably an odd glass or two during the day mixed in but I didn't write it down.

Going up in weight is relative to where you start. If you start lighter you will move up.

meal 6: 3/4 cup cottage cheese 1 granola bar 16 oz green tea

meal 7: 5 scrambled eggs 2 pieces whole wheat toast with butter and strawberry preserves water

meal 8: 1/4 bag blue corn chips with salsa con queso and 2 scoops whey/casien protein

meal 9: 6oz yogurt 1 nature valley yogurt/granola bar 16 oz green tea
 
Day 27 1-T Day 6 Epistane

Upper body strength -

bench 135 x8 225 x5 275 x5 315 x3 x5 - Not great but felt pretty good.
ultra wide grip cable low rows 150 x8 200 x6 250 x6 290 (full stack) x6 150 x12 - heavy weight irritated the bicep
low cable chest flyes 50 per side x8 60 x8
db military press 75's x6 90's x6 100's x10
cable shrugs 200 x10 x15 x20
superset w/ forearm work

I was pretty burned out today going to the gym straight after a full day of work. Bicep is still pissing me off. I really need to tone it down. On the plus side the epistane is starting to do it's job. Seeing all the general symptoms of being back on gear: proportions looking better, muscles feeling fuller, and craving more volume in the gym. My cardio seems to be up also.
