I hear you. Luckily when I make an order with a new source I try not to spend more than a couple hundred.

It's tough when they provide a great product, great customer service, and outstanding prices for the first 2 orders and then go scammer when you get comfortable. I'm sure you're familiar with the guy who was pushing Nomad Labs real hard. Well I ordered a couple times with him for like $300 and he honestly sent me double my order no questions asked. Made a $700 order and it's been 15 months since I've heard from him. Looks like I'm not getting that money back lol.

Day 25 post cycle therapy (pct)

Upper body strength

smith machine bench 135 x10 225 x5 275 x5 315 x5 x10
overhand wide grip pull ups bw x6 bw+45 x6 x6 bw+70 x8 - Didn't want to do any rows because my back was pretty sore from work yesterday.
dumbell military press 75's x6 95's x6 110's x9
db shrugs 110's x10 130's x10 150's x12
superset w/ forearm work

Strength felt better than I expected.

I'd be curious how you would do with a split more like mine. It's just a little bit more volume than your accustom to, but I think it would help you tighten up a little bit more. Right now I'm on a Chest/Shoulder/Tris, Back/Bis/Abs, Leg/Abs split. It's generally 1 compound for 3-4 sets and more of an isolation for 3-4 sets for Chest/Shoulders and then 3 sets for Tris. Back width 3-4 sets, Back thickness 3-4 sets, and 3 sets for Bis. Legs are normally 6 sets for quads and 3 for hammy's and whatever else you'd like for calves.

You should consider it or something like it.

It's easy to look at the volume on my strength days and forget that I'm hitting two upper body days one week and two lower body days the next week. It's about all the volume I can handle on gear, let alone natural. My workout is really just a more efficient version of what you posted above, with less time in between working the same muscle groups. Tightening up only has to do with bodyfat.

Day 27 PCT

Lower body strength -

squats 135 x5 225 x3 315 x3 365 x2 405 x2 (no belt) 455 x5 (loose belt, moderately tight wraps)
jacknife crunches x12 x15 x20
superset w/ seated calf press 300 x12 350 x12 400 x25
db hammer curls 45's x6(per arm) 55's x6 65's x10 dropset 35's x8
overhead rope tricep extension 100 x15 120 x15 150 x10 dropset 70 x10

Everything felt great. PCT blues are over.

Day 29 PCT

Upper body hypertrophy -

incline db's 75's x6 95's x6 120's x6 x14.5
wide neutral grip lat pulldown 150 x8 200 x8 250 x8 290 x13
freemotion cable chest press 80 x10 110 x10 140 x12
narrow grip cable low row 150 x10 200 x10 250 x10 290 x13
seated db lateral raises 25's x10 30's x10 35's x12
superset w/ seated db shrugs 75's x10 x15 x25

Damn bro - those are some efficient workouts! nice weights too. So you said "post cycle therapy (pct) blues are over" - what did u mean - back to peak strength, your nuts are back in business, your not depressed? just curious - i've only been thru post cycle therapy (pct) once (next time is in 6 weeks) and i only noticed a drop in strength and a little depression - i keep reading about others who thot it sukked)

Just feeling free from the overall feeling of lethargy and depleted workouts. I feel I'm "all the way" recovered. PCT is not as bad as most people make it out to be, most of them are just really lazy.

Day 34 PCT

Time to close up the log boys. This was a fun cycle, thanks to all who followed the log. I'm now moving my log over to steroidnuts. Time to run some test. Best wishes everyone.
